Hanting Hotel Hohhot Railway Station

This is my third negative review. I stayed here for three nights, and every night I had an unexpectedly poor service experience. I rarely write reviews, and rarely give negative ones, but you're the only one who makes me so angry. I'm writing this review to your front desk, not behind your back. Unless Hohhot runs out of hotels, I urge everyone to avoid this hotel. The elevator was noisy all night last night, and I didn't fall asleep until around 3 or 4 AM. I called the front desk to ask if I could check out later, until 3 PM. They said no, but I had to pay. Okay, thank you. You're welcome. The following is based on my experience from the first two nights. Please savor it. ————————————————————- The more I think about it, the angrier I get, so I'm writing this review at a little after 2 AM. I stayed here on a business trip, around 4:30 PM. The night before, due to the late arrival, they told me they only had room 312. When I arrived, the door was wide open, the bathroom was under construction, and there was a smattering of pumpkin seed shells. The room reeked of a newly renovated building, a strong smell. With no other rooms available, I reluctantly stayed. The next morning, August 7th, around 9:00 AM or 10:00 AM, the staff knocked. I was in the bathroom at the time, and I replied, "I'm busy." The staff then opened the door and practically brought the staff in with them. I was speechless! I was already furious, and the receptionist who handled my extension was rude. That same day, August 7th, I extended my stay and was moved to room 412. During the day, the staff knocked on my door for no reason. When I opened the door, the cleaning lady quibbled, "I didn't knock, you heard it wrong." Furthermore, I didn't realize our room was right next to the elevator. Even now, past 2:00 AM, the elevator squeaks continued. I'm completely pissed. I'm too lazy to report this to you. After staying here for the past few days, I feel like you don't understand human language and don't know how to provide good service. I had a very unpleasant and terrible experience, but you completely ignored it. I was on a business trip to get some rest and work well, it's that simple. Your service and your lack of awareness are terrible. You sent me away with a small fan, which I didn't want and would have left in the room. Why didn't I tell you about your terrible service? I already told you, and it would have been useless to tell you.

It's 1 minute away from the subway station, with convenient transportation, warm service, and timely help to solve any problems. It's clean and tidy, and the experience is very good. I strongly recommend this hotel.

這家漢庭簡直太讚了，2025年新裝修的，所以各方面特別乾淨，挑不出毛病。當然，也特別温馨。

距離呼和浩特火車站和地鐵站都特別近，交通很方便；房間乾淨整潔；早餐種類豐富很好吃，吃到了當地特色燒麥，茶水吧枱很方便；服務很貼心。
