1. 虛假宣傳設施：承諾房間有空調，實際僅客廳有空調，房間內衹有風扇，嚴重影響住宿體驗，存在明顯誤導。
2. 嚴重侵犯私隱：早上9點多未經敲門直接進入房間打掃，且打掃後不關門，完全無視住客私隱與安全。
3. 公共區域管理混亂：未提前告知是否允許抽煙，卻有人在客廳抽煙，導致房間及衣物被濃重煙味薰染，體驗極差。
4. 承諾失信、強制趕客：明確標註可16點延遲退房，卻在14點就要求離開，言而無信，屬於虛假承諾，嚴重打亂行程安排。
這種毫無誠信、無視住客基本權益的民宿，誰住誰糟心，真心勸大家避雷！
公共區域管理混亂且違規：商家明確標註公共場所不能抽煙，卻放任人員在客廳抽煙，導致房間及衣物被濃重煙味薰染，不僅違背自身規定，更嚴重影響住宿體驗，完全無視住客感受。
這樣一來，就更突出商家不僅管理差，還明知故犯、不遵守自己定下的規則，問題性質更嚴重了，差評的説服力也更強

整體衞生挺好的，房間空間也不小，距離地鐵站也比較近，配備有洗衣機可以在陽晾衣服。不過床挺響的，衣櫃裏有些床單會有中沒晾乾的水臭味，可能和之前下雨有關 。洗漱和去衞生間稍微不太方便，女生在一間屋子裡洗漱，就會有來回開門打擾的感覺，另外一個男女公用的衞生間在女生屋子旁邊。

小區環境很好，房東姐姐人很好，很熱情，房間整潔乾淨空間大，有兩張桌子可以吃飯或者辦公作業，衞生間寬敞，客廳有一個穿衣鏡，是目前住過的青旅裏最好的
