This lodge is well located near to the Kruger Park. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We had a good stay during our time there.

We recently travelled to Kruger Park and stayed at this little gem, a lodge consisting of cottages with generous space and privacy. It is perfectly situated in a dedicated wild life estate right on the edge of the great Kruger A good starting point for a journey into the bush with lots of things to do in and around Hoedspruit. We did a great bush walk with a very experienced ranger. The staff is friendly and very helpful, services are efficient and one can see a European touch throughout the place. Freddy and Sabine keep it in good shape and continuously add value to products and enhance decorations. Great breakfast, always something new to taste. I would certainly recommend Bushbaby to fellow travelers.

Wir waren für 3 Nächte in der Bushbaby Lodge und haben es sehr genossen. Sie liegt in einem geschlossene, grossen Wildreservat. Freddie und Sabine, ehemals aus Deutschland, und ihr Team sind perfekte Gastgeber. Unser Rhino Cottage war wunderschön. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden und in der Bar kann man sich jederzeit Getränke holen. Besonders schön war die Außendusche, die jedes der Cottages hat. In den sehr bequemen Betten schläft man, in der himmlischen Ruhe dieser Umgebung, wunderbar. Kaum hatten wir in der Dämmerung die Lodge verlassen, liefen uns Giraffen und Zebras über den Weg. Warzenschweine und Antilopen besuchten das Grundstück regelmäßig. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und besonders die fluffigen Pancakes waren ein Gedicht! Zum Essen fährt man am Abend in den Ort (10 Minuten Fahrt). Dort gibt's zahlreiche sehr gute Restaurants. Wir würden diese Lodge jederzeit wieder buchen.

This lodge is an amazing place in the wildlife estate, just come out of your room and you'll see impalas and monkeys running around, and the beautiful birds singing. The rooms are spacious and everything is kept clean, the outdoor shower is also nice, all working properly. Breakfasts are unbelievably delicious, smoothie with banana just incredible!!! Very many thanx to Lani the host, who was so helpful, attentive to everything and even solving my problems which were not on her part.

My wife and I spent 2 nights here. Apart from the fabulous 'African bush noises', its a very quiet and relaxing place - we had a visit from a Nyala and several warthogs Lani took great care of us during our stay and Nomsa made sure that that breakfasts were memorable

It was a beautiful place the staff members we very friendly as well, our rooms were perfect, breakfast was good I recommend anyone to come and visit baby bush, when we arrive we had some welcoming drinks, I would visit again its a very beautiful place.

Eine sehr schöne und saubere Lodge, die ich jedem weiterempfehlen kann. Das Essen war großartig und das Personal super gastfreundlich und nett. Vor allem das Braai (typisch südafrikanisch und ungefähr vergleichbar mit einem BBQ), welches man im Voraus vorbestellen kann, ist wirklich fantastisch. Es ist einfach ein sehr toller Ort zum entspannen.
