Excellent experience from the check into the checkout… We enjoyed the accommodations. The service and the delicious cuisine. Perry. We were very well fed in all aspects. Our game drives were amazing and very successful! We saw the Big five at least two times over… Highly recommended .

We (family of 3) stayed in Shiduli for 2 nights. Wonderful stay. The safari was marvellous. We saw all Big 5s and much more. The rangers really made a fantastic job. They were really keen on showing us everything. They also showed responsibility, i.e. our son was taken on the shoulders of one of the rangers to make sure he can see cheetas from a safe position. Food is good (little room for the kids' menu, but that's just a minor aspect). There is a fireplace, very cosy. The BBQ-reception was fantastic. Management is very helpful and friendly. Overall, a wonderful place to stay!

We stayed here 2 nights and did 1 full day and 2 half day safaris. All were fantastic. I couldn't believe how many great wildlife sightings we had. These guys know how to do it. Accommodations were clean & comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. What an experience!

I cannot praise the staff, the management and especially rally the guides, trackers and all of the "behind the scenes" staff for their courtesy, friendliness ,professionalism and commitment to providing each guest with a unique experience. This reserve also has a deep commitment to the community. This is an invitation to enter into the world of the Big 5 as a guest. The commitment to the well-being of the environment and the animals who inhabit this reserve is outstanding. As a guest, you are treated as family . All meals are excellent, and it would be hard to walk away from any dish. All are excellent. Rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable . Amenities included vanity kits, and lotions as well as body, hair, and conditioner items. Plenty of well-appointed open rooms for reading, relaxing. At night, grounds are patroled so that any nocturnal animal visits are carefully watched and addressed. All in all, 5 stars.

We had a truly wonderful three night stay at Shiduli Lodge! We did five game drives where we saw the Big 5 and so many other animals! We saw leopards four times! I highly recommend Gilbert and Johnson for your guide and tracker. All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. There was a wide variety of food, including gluten free options. The grounds are impeccably kept and everything was very clean. I highly recommend this lodge!

Lodge offered a beautiful, peaceful setting with thoughtful décor, charming side rooms, and spacious patios, allowing guests to spread out. The grounds are well-kept and perfect for unwinding between game drives. While our room was clean and had a large shower, it was dated and on the smaller side especially for two adults. Meals were excellent every day. Food was fresh and varied, with themed braais and great menu diversity. The chef was present at every meal, ensuring everything ran smoothly. However, the dining room staff could have been more attentive offering drinks, etc. Maybe they can use all hands on deck with the lodge is full. The highlight of our stay was the game drives. Our guides, Gilbert and Johnson, were fantastic—friendly, skilled, and always enthusiastic. We had amazing encounters, including walking alongside cheetahs and observing the lions and rhinos up close. Drives were made even better with thoughtful extras like tea, snacks, and beautifully arranged sun risers (coffee) and sundowners (happy hour) inside the reserve daily. We had tea time before the afternoon safaris and were welcomed back with a warm towel and a drink after evening safaris. Highly recommended for those seeking a well-rounded, memorable safari!
