This place is perfectly located in Tam Coc, only a minute walk to the Main Street but is far enough that there is no noise issues. Mama is super friendly and helpful, with things to do, tours, driver and bikes. We rented bikes twice and it was lovely to be able to cycle around in the nice weather. Definitely recommend going to buffalo caves, bird valley and the lying dragon (all of these you can cycle to enjoyably)

Wonderfully central to see all Tam Coc has to offer. Mama and Papa will look after you well and make your stay so much easier. We recommend Bird Valley for a day, buffalo caves and Kenh Ga. They will organise a car to bring you and look after you well. Enjoy!

The hotel is well located with plenty of restaurants close by. The room was nice and cozy, and we woke up to a hearty breakfast. Mrs. Nhi was wonderful, ever smiling, and always eager to help. Her son's restaurant, Tam Coc Kitchen, about 5 min away by bicycle, is also a delight.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Mama was so warm and welcoming, and talked us through all the sights and we hired bikes that afternoon to get around. The hotel is centrally located and in the evening we walked to her daughter’s restaurant which was also great. She and her husband were also there so another very warm welcome! The hotel is lovely, but what makes this extra special is ‘mama’. It was hard to leave as we were so sad to say goodbye to her!

Nous avions réservé 3 nuits dans ce magnifique petit hôtel situé au bout d'une petite ruelle calme, à 2 minutes de marche de la rue principale où sont les restaurants, bars, boutiques, etc. Finalement, nous sommes demeurés 3 nuits de plus !! Vraiment un bel accueil chaleureux de la part de l'hotesse ,Mai, et son mari. Déjeuner excellent, chambre confortable au 3e étage, grand balcon à partager, location de vélos et scooters sur place à très bons prix. Belle atmosphère de petit quartier authentique (commune). Un de nos coups de coeur du Vietnam ! On reviendra certainement! Merci Mai ! Danny, Nathalie et Benjamin

We had a lovely time in Tam Coc thanks to Mama’s (the owner) and her family’s kindness. Everything was perfect, from the breakfast to the accommodation. You can rent bicycles and motorbikes at the guesthouse and Mama will make sure you have everything you need. With always a big smile upon her face. She helped us with booking tickets for the bus during Vietnamese holidays and let us have a shower before hoping on a 12 hours bus-ride. Definitely recommend this place! Thank you Mama for everything!

Great place to stay in Tam Coc, very well located for all of the sites, and run by a wonderful family who were very helpful and welcoming throughout our visit. Very highly recommended and great value! We’d definitely stay here again in the future

Als je op zoek bent naar een leuk hotel in tam coc dan is tam coc family hotel een echte aanrader . De eigena**** is zo aardig en vriendelijk . Ze wil alles voor je regelen . Kamers zijn netjes en schoon en het hotel ligt centraal gelegen in het centrum
