Ho Chi Minh City Thủ Đức 4-star Hotels

It’s a relatively new listing so just want to give some info about my stay. The location is a little tricky to locate on google maps but the address is easy to find on the Grab app, so there’s no issue to get around. A 10 min ride from the Thao Dien shopping area so it’s really convenient for shopping in the city. The rooms are huge and spacious and all the furniture are on the newer side. Bathrooms are big too even though you might run into some faulty sinks or showers which you can contact the reception to fix. It genuinely felt like staying in a villa from the 90s but the limited number of rooms really helps to make the place feel like it’s your own home. You can sit on the chair by the balcony with a book to end your night. Very peaceful. There is no reception so make sure to contact the hotline when you arrive. You just need to get the code to the keybox and you can enter your room already. 10/10 recommend for anyone looking to stay around and relax. There’s a couple of coffee spots nearby so it’s really nice to immerse with the locals in the morning for breakfast. For the size of the room and relatively new furnishings, the price is a steal.

My experience for this Aurora By Glenwood is really not as bad like other traveller mentioned. For me, this is not an exactly a hotel, instead it like a managed apartment/condo. I book for a family suite, so it really serve for hs what we need. Out of the surprise it even provide washing machine, rice cooker, and other facilitiea for easy cooking like family. I only did not find it have enough chair to sit, which only 1 feedback from me. Front counter service, house keeping, and lobby boy all did a good job. If i back to HCMC again, i dont mind to stay again.

Hotel management is warm, open, warm welcome and help guests. This place is close to many places to hang out. Breakfast is good and porridge is delicious. You can see the city.. Room service staff is ok

The rooms with bathtub (the 2 most expensive ones) are amazing and you should book it if you can. Our room on the ground floor had a leaking bathtub for 2 nights, on the second night they upgraded us to the most expensive attic room on the second floor. They have free laundry service every day which is great, but for some reason they never cleaned our room or replaced our sheets or towels. I had to go down to the reception every day with my used soggy towels to get fresh ones.

The room facilities and sanitary conditions are all OK, but the landlord's service attitude is very bad. I extended the booking and it took a long time until late at night before he replied to my message. When I tried to express the current difficulties, the landlord directly sent a message in the local language saying that he didn't want to argue with me, saying that the guests never understood him and would never understand him, and asked me to cancel directly. I felt very offended and rude.

The room is very advanced and the facilities are great. You can go to the most prosperous place by crossing the bridge. The taxi will be there soon. There are also supermarkets downstairs for nearby delivery and taxis. Perfect place to stay, I will stay here next time

We stayed one night at this hotel and were very satisfied. The swimming pool was spacious, clean water, not too crowded. The gym was small but had all the necessary equipment. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the city view was beautiful. The staff was enthusiastic.
