Hotels near Pham Ngu Lao, Ho Chi Minh City

This hotel is about 100m away from Ben Thanh Market, 5 minutes walk to Saigon Square or Takashimaya. It is clean, almost new and customer service oriented. They offer you tea with snacks while they process your check-in. The staff will then wait for you to finish your tea and bring you go up to your room. They love showing you the rooms, as it gives you “Wow” factors. They gave us free upgrade and the toilet bowl is Japanese style. They will deliver chocolates and good night cards after dinner. They even remember my girlfriend’s birthday and left the birthday cake on the table. 👍👍👍 However, there are “not so good” to mention. They do not have wide range of TV channels. Only news channels. No Sports or other movies channels. The toilet bowl is also very close to the door, making me difficult to open the door at times. They should also not open the gym so early as some guests will throw weights on the floor while doing gym. The sound will wake you up. You also need to pray that it is not raining or you will get wet as their shelter could not prevent you being getting wet from rain. Overall, this is the best hotel by far I stayed in HCM, in terms of cleaniness, friendly & customer service oriented staff and room designs. It’s almost perfect hotel for me. Will I stay here again on my next visit? Yes I will.

This is our first time visit Ho Chi Minh City and 1st to stayed at SOHO Resident and hotel which we are very happy and enjoyable holiday… the location is the best … the service staff Ms.Kim who are very helpful and understanding…as we booked Trip.com Mekong River tour “Vn Lotus Travel” agency services especially the tour guide Mr.Quy are very professional to guide us the whole tour.We will surly come back and stay again Soho hotel and using Vn Lotus Travel for others city tour.

Hotel crews and staff mostly in their restaurant area are so nice. They are very friendly and helpful. They are very accomodating, kudos. Will surely recommend this even for solo travelers.

Staffs were really friendly and helpful Breakfast area not within hotel itself, have to walk 5mins to their other branches Breakfast was not great, but love the Vietnamese black coffee The shower drainage wasn’t good, staff was helpful to help out, but I guess it’s really just the drain issue

The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious dishes, catering to all tastes. I particularly enjoyed the fresh fruit and the local Vietnamese cuisine options. ***Amenities: The amenities at the Hilton Hotel Saigon were top-notch. The fitness center was well-equipped, and the swimming pool was an oasis of relaxation along with a gorgeous city view. ***Service: The service at this hotel was impeccable. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, professional, and eager to assist with any request. I would like to extend a special thanks to the concierge team, including Hoàng, Phúc, Quyền, Thọ, Tuấn, Quang, and Mr.Kiên (Cheif Conceeirge). Their recommendations for local attractions, dining options, and transportation were invaluable. They went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The apartment is very big and beautiful, very luxurious, all facilities are complete, and enthusiastic support staff. They can speak a lot of foreign languages worth the price. My friend said he would come back here and stay.

Location is really good for early or late flight, but the room is faced by the lane and the sound proof of windows are not good enough so can hear the noise from outside during midnight. The service is good because the staff is really helpful for early check out.

best location, 5mins drive away from the airport, and safe to walk around. no need to worry for food, jz go out and walk a little and u will find so many food establishments. also there are nearby spa. the room is clean, but i would suggest to change their towels. already old and had served their purpose. variety of meat to serve for breakfast is good.

It’s super near the airport. Very clean and spacious for the price paid. My window was facing the building but I stayed here last night of my trip so it’s fine. The shower gel smells amazing. Would stay here again as transit in future. Near to supermarket and food shops. Just a bit far to District 1 bout 20 mins away

I travelled the world on budget, 3 stars hotels..this hotel is the only one who has a porter help me carry my stuff upstairs. When my tour guide failed to pick me up, this hotel staffs whose been waiting with me outside for 15 mins or so, knowing that I'm panic, ordered a taxi..taxi arrived in no time and saving me from missing my flight. Quick thinking, practical, willing to help.
