Being on the walking street every motel will be loud of a night time however it is perfect if you are looking for a taste of the night life. My room was clean and beds were very comfortable so even on the night I chose not to go out, the comfy bed made it easy to sleep even with the bass of the music thumping. The staff are helpful. I would definitely come back and stay again.

We are a family with 1 small baby. The rooms here are comfortably furnished and very clean. Location right in the center of District 1, not on the main road but the alley is very wide, cars park right up to the door. The whole house has an elevator. What I love most here is the very quiet space and super comfortable bed. You can rest assured that you will have a good night's sleep here. We will stay again if we come to Saigon

This hotel is about 100m away from Ben Thanh Market, 5 minutes walk to Saigon Square or Takashimaya. It is clean, almost new and customer service oriented. They offer you tea with snacks while they process your check-in. The staff will then wait for you to finish your tea and bring you go up to your room. They love showing you the rooms, as it gives you “Wow” factors. They gave us free upgrade and the toilet bowl is Japanese style. They will deliver chocolates and good night cards after dinner. They even remember my girlfriend’s birthday and left the birthday cake on the table. 👍👍👍 However, there are “not so good” to mention. They do not have wide range of TV channels. Only news channels. No Sports or other movies channels. The toilet bowl is also very close to the door, making me difficult to open the door at times. They should also not open the gym so early as some guests will throw weights on the floor while doing gym. The sound will wake you up. You also need to pray that it is not raining or you will get wet as their shelter could not prevent you being getting wet from rain. Overall, this is the best hotel by far I stayed in HCM, in terms of cleaniness, friendly & customer service oriented staff and room designs. It’s almost perfect hotel for me. Will I stay here again on my next visit? Yes I will.

Amazing location, everything is nearby. Check in and check out were smooth and staff very helpful. Obviously an older hotel but the rooms are spacious and very clean. Roof top pool is a life saver in the summer heat - just wish they didn’t close it at 7pm.

The bathroom was well-equipped with high-quality toiletries, and the rainfall shower was a delightful touch. ***Dining: The hotel's dining options were fantastic. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious dishes, catering to all tastes. I particularly enjoyed the fresh fruit and the local Vietnamese cuisine options. ***Amenities: The amenities at the Hilton Hotel Saigon were top-notch. The fitness center was well-equipped, and the swimming pool was an oasis of relaxation along with a gorgeous city view. ***Service: The service at this hotel was impeccable. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, professional, and eager to assist with any request. I would like to extend a special thanks to the concierge team, including Hoàng, Phúc, Quyền, Thọ, Tuấn, Quang, and Mr.Kiên (Cheif Conceeirge). Their recommendations for local attractions, dining options, and transportation were invaluable. They went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. In conclusion, the Hilton Hotel Saigon exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Saigon for business or leisure. I really enjoyed my stay at Kin Hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful with anything you need. The room isn't too big but its very comfortable and clean. The location is great, it's right within district 1 and everything is easy to get to. I was very comfortable during my whole stay here and would recommend it others.

Roseland Sweet Hotel is a value for money hotel; and there would be many other similar hotels easily found online. But what made Roseland stand out was one of their staff Kiet Anh, who is a bellboy, front desk, concierge all rolled into one. The week I was there, he was working everyday and all hours, I practically see him all the time whenever i'm at the lobby, whether I am going out or coming back. His bright, cheerful and friendly demeanour plus his very personal touch is on par with the service found only at the 5 or 6 star hotels. He was what made the difference for me staying at Roseland; which otherwise would be a good but pretty average hotel. Roseland is indeed very fortunate to have employed a staff like him; and given time and the right grooming would make an excellent management personnel in the hospitality industry. My choice of hotel will still be Roseland for my next coming trip, but only if Kiet is there. Thank you Kiet, for making my stay so pleasant and memorable; and thanks for helping me send my cracked handphone for repair; you really saved my life!! See you soon!

I use this place to stay in when I need to be close to the airport. It's clean, conveniently located and staffed with friendly, helpful people. It's also very cheap while remaining salubrious. Th efacilities rating is a 5/5 based on the price you pay.

Good location accessible to airport. Room is clean and spacious. I was assigned to top floor where elevator can’t reach so the staff need to carry my luggage. But staff are kind and helpful. I just don’t like the smell of the toilet. The drainage system is poor. I can’t breath while taking shower due to strong peep smell

The room is clean, fragrant and comfortable. Good service and friendly host. Convenient place for vacation and work because it is located in the city center in Saigon. If you want to go out with your family, I think renting an apartment like this is very convenient because sharing the bill will be very reasonable in terms of price. Ideal house view for chilling and relaxing ⭐️
