Loved This Place! Honestly, Roseland Sweet Hotel & Spa was awesome. The staff were super chill and helpful, and the room? Spotless and comfy as heck. Plus, it’s right in the middle of everything — super easy to get around. Breakfast hit the spot too. 10/10 would stay again!

I especially loved the spacious bathroom, strong water pressure in the shower, and the ultra-comfortable bed. Service: The staff was exceptional—friendly, professional, and always ready to assist with any request. From check-in to check-out, they made me feel genuinely welcomed. Their recommendations for local dining and sightseeing were spot-on! Overall Experience: This hotel is a hidden gem in Ho Chi Minh City! We stayed in Tripple room with nice view. Ms.Hannah , staff of hotel answer our e-mail with fully serviced to help us for good trip. Hotel staff are very good service mind. We can leave our luggage before checkin and after checkout. The bed are comfy and breakfast is buffet which many option including Pho. Thank you you all to make us happy stay.! The hotel is good location as well. Convenient store 24hrs is opposite, not far from river for running, close to Japan town with many spa and Izakaya. 👍

I’ve noticed Silverland Sil Hotel, but i didn’t have the opportunity to go! So this year I’ve spent last 2 days in Vietnam in this beautiful hotel! I like the swimming pool, not too crazy, but chilling and relaxing! The floor manager Ha, she was amazing and friendly, we also had an amazing chat! Same Vi she was at the bar when I came and I asked for a mojito! She did a good job, tasty mojito . And same for Mythuan, friendly person and gently smile! Great Breakfast and also the tea in the afternoon so great . I will come back next year and I hope to stay more there .

Great convenient location that has all the expected amenities. It's what somebody from Australia like myself would consider a boutique style hotel. Rooms are clean and tidy which was to be expected as I am told the hotel has only been open for a month. The small rooftop pool was a good spot to cool off from the heat which was often not busy. I want to commend the team there (apologies to the rest of the team but, the only name that comes to mind is Sam) who were ALL extremely helpful and attentive often going well out of their way should I have absolutely any enquiry whatsoever. Being in management myself, I hope this is read by all levels of management, the whole team front to back of house are superstars and need to be recognised for their work and efforts. Amazing hotel - our new 'place-to-stay' in HCM. Everything was impeccable from check-in to check-out - really high service stardarts & comfortable amendities. We were not expecting the hotel to be as good. The beds are very comfortable, everything is very clean, breakfast and afternoon tea is amazing & tasty. The pool area is very cosy. And overall vibe and ambience are just superb. We definitely recommend

Very good stay. Just next to Japan Town... So.. Many good Japanese selections and so many massage, mani, pedi outlets. Rooms were very clean, with most amenities, except slippers and hand/face towel. Bathrooms spotless, and it has a heated toilet seat... How nice. Downstairs u can get Yr coffee, keep things in fridge and even cook simple stuff or heat up foods. This common kitchen is also very clean. Keep up the hygiene, it's a welcome treat after along day exploring...

Kin Hotel is located in a great location, quiet and convenient area. I received warm genuine smiles and welcome from every staff. They are very attentive and very helpful to assist me with checking my grab car. Upon my return, they check in with my day. This is a five star service! My room was clean, comfortable and peaceful for a good night sleep. I booked 1 room, city view with bathtub. I enjoyed the beafast buffet, the selection of food I enjoyed the most. The staff were kind to bring my noodle soup to my table and made me a coffee. This hotel also has a gym and rooftop pool, unfortunately it was undergoing maintenance - After booking I received a note. I would recommend this hotel.

We booked 1-Unit of King Bed for 2 people with 2 daily breakfast as clearly indicated on our hotel voucher, but front desk insisting that room reserved for 1 Adult only, even as breakfasts indicated as 2 person?! And need me to pay for 2nd pax surcharge? This is not the first time it happens to us. In fact, it’s our 3rd time with the same cases, since my friend a regular at this hotel. Anyway, my friend Mr Kwong have to send an email on Saturday night in order to resolve this & avoid being charged. Aside from that everything were GOOD as always. Also we booked our Car in the morning & concierge (room man) were very helpful to clam down our driver who was on a hurry, since we were late for 8mins. So we tip them well.

Everything seen good and normal as compared before Covid 19 particularly the front desk. Except, they don't provide din in at the restaurant in the evening and not sure for lunch but they do offer room services with limited choices. Breakfast quality was a little downgraded as compared before the Covid 19. Cost saving program ?
