The overall interior design of the hotel is quite unique and trendy—I was drawn in by this modern style, which led me to book a stay here.
Right after we got out of the car, hotel staff came over to carry our luggage up to the lobby (which requires climbing a full flight of stairs). Check-in didn’t involve waiting at the front desk; instead, we were invited to relax in the lounge with welcome snacks and tea, while a staff member came to confirm our booking details and personally escorted us to our room.
The room wasn’t large, but it was clean and tidy. Drinks in the minibar were complimentary, and we could request more bottled water at no extra charge. The bed was comfortably firm, and there was a cozy lounge sofa by the window. The toilet and shower were in separate areas, and the bathroom featured a massage bathtub.
From 2:00 to 3:30 PM, afternoon tea was served buffet-style at the rooftop restaurant on the 12th floor, offering light snacks, fruits, and beverages. The restaurant’s design was even more eye-catching—it felt like stepping into a futuristic space capsule. Everything had been going wonderfully… until 8 AM the next morning, when I was jolted awake by loud banging from above.
My room was on the 10th floor, directly below the gym. I started hearing heavy objects hitting the floor and people running—it felt like there was construction going on upstairs. The vibration and impact noises were mentally draining.
Even when we first entered the room, I noticed the soundproofing wasn’t great—noises from the hallway were very loud. But since hallway traffic was minimal and neighboring rooms were quiet, I thought it would be fine. However, the level of impact noise from upstairs was simply intolerable. If you’re going to place noisy facilities above guest rooms, shouldn’t proper soundproofing be in place? I’m pretty sure I’m not the first person to have experienced this issue. Shouldn’t rooms with unresolved noise problems be removed from sale until they’re fixed? For a room that costs 3.6 million VND per night, dealing with this level of noise is just unacceptable.
We reported it to the front desk, and they said we could change rooms—but only after a new one was cleaned and ready, around 2 PM. They told us to pack our bags and leave them in the room; they would help move them to the new room for us.
At 2 PM, we were finally moved to a room on the 4th floor. Unfortunately, maybe due to the rushed cleaning, there was a used towel hanging on the bathroom door, and when we turned on the massage jets in the tub, dirty water came out. At that point, I didn’t even feel like complaining anymore. Also, being on a lower floor meant we could hear more traffic noise from the street outside—it was still better than the thumping from above, but nonetheless, it was noisy.
The hotel did give us a handwritten apology card and some chocolates. But I noticed other guests received the same, so it seemed more like a standard welcome gift rather than a sincere apology.
When we checked out, perhaps to make up for the inconvenience, they offered us a free ride to the airport. The car was quite old and looked like it might break down at any moment, but we made it there safely, and I appreciated saving some transportation costs.
Overall, the location of the hotel is excellent. Step out the back door and you’ll find many fruit vendors, and right around the corner is a jewelry shop that’s highly recommended for currency exchange. Across the street is Ben Thanh Market and the metro station entrance. Staff were very friendly and accommodating, and both breakfast and afternoon tea were decent. However, the poor soundproofing and average facilities were disappointing. To access the pool, you have to walk through the restaurant, and the pool itself is tiny—not exactly inviting. The steam room and sauna also seemed unused. For this price, there are probably better options available.

Small but modern boutique hotel with good bathrooms facilities. Polite and helpful staff. Reasonable breakfast. Just a short walk to the Ben Thanh Market. However we booked a room with window but the view facing the backyard was so terrible we had to keep the blind closed all the time. Otherwise it’s cool for a short stay.

Location was excellent, close to Ben Thanh market and walkable distance to night walking street. Plenty of food and fruits around. However their beds are old and lumpy, makes squeaky noise when we turn :(.
Reception and bell boys are lovely.

Love the Beddings with so many soft pillows. Breakfast choice is adequate & so-so. But it fills my tummy for the wholeday. There’s plenty of Noodle/restaurants around that area. Situated on Malaysian street so its easy to find halal food for muslim friends. I went to the warm pool and tried the sauna &steam room. They even gave vnd200k voucher spa massage but need to walk 6min over to their sister hotel next block. In conclusion for the price im paying im really satisfied with this hotel. Not so pricey like any other 4Stars hotel.

It’s strategically located. Many tourist spots around within 200m to 800m away. Ben Tanh market is just 200 meters away. Many local food available nearby.

We wanted an extra bed for our room but was told “out of stock” but we did emailed them that there are 3 of us and we are willing to pay the extra. They replied that don’t hv to reserve but can decide after checkin.
The stairs up the hotel was too much for my friends.
We requested for 1pm checkout but was rejected even though it’s a weekday. Actually quite disappointed.

Good Location, Value for Money, but Be Aware of the Shower
Noble Swan Hotel boasts a fantastic location in Ho Chi Minh City, making it a great base for exploring. Being within easy walking distance of many tourist attractions, and just a stone's throw from the bustling Ben Thanh Market, plus a plethora of restaurants and cafes right nearby, is a huge plus.
The room itself was adequate and provided what we needed, feeling like it was worth the price we paid. However, one notable drawback to be aware of is that there is no hot shower available. This might be a consideration for some travelers, especially after a long day of exploring.
Overall, if a central location and budget-friendly accommodation are your priorities, and you're not particularly concerned about having a hot shower, Noble Swan Hotel could be a suitable option.

Wonderful hotel to stay in HCM. The location is perfect for travels to Ben Thanh Market, Takashimaya, Saigon Square, Taka Plaza and Russian Market where you will be doing most of the shopping. There are many restaurants and cafes around the restaurant that will take care of your meals. Most importantly are the professionalism and hospitality of the staff. From the moment you stepped into the hotel, Manager Trong Huynh and his staff Ms Lucia Tu are always smiles and helpful with any requests (e.g., tours, recommendations for restaurants, taxi reservations, etc). Furthermore, the breakfast is also great with different options that change everyday. The manager/supervisor Bong Iris and his team of Bella and Donna ensures that the facilities are kept clean and food plentiful. I would highly recommend your stay for HCM and you cannot go wrong with this hotel!

Service and location was 10/10 for sure. Breakfast also great. However, rooms seems quite dated and looked nothing like the pictures. Especially our first night where we got allocated a super tiny room. Walls paper thin - could hear the corridor and next door renovation as early as 8am. For the money you're paying, not sure if you would be better off elsewhere

Outstanding
SSyd LiuThe location is close to Saigon Square, the decoration is also unique, the bed is soft, the bathroom is beautiful with hot water, and the waiter also serves late. It is suitable for people who come to Saigon Square to buy things. The price is 800 Taiwan dollars.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is new. Located just opposite Ben Thanh Market. Walkable to Takashimaya, Vincom Shopping Mall and lots of nice restaurants. 7-Eleven is nearby, buying drinking water is very convenient.
Room is very clean. Bed has good support and is comfortable. Rain shower temperature is consistent. Not noisy at night, can sleep in peace.
Breakfast buffet is pleasant and delicious. Just need to improve on waffles and pancakes which are dry and hard. I love their egg benedict and beef pho.
Front service crew is very polite, friendly and helpful. Very nice of them to offer welcome drinks and dried fruit tidbits during check in.

OObelixSecond stay on return after going to the Vietnam coast. Book it again as we are already very familiar with the location and good for shopping bring your things back and head out for more. Good location as you can go back for short rest in between shopping. This time the balcony has pop up wooden floors and is dangerous for cuts. Shower can improve with a curtain as water spray to floor from edge of bath tub making it very wet and slippery. All staff are very friendly and helpful.

AAnonymous UserThis hidden gem is located in a quiet back alley, just a short walk from Malaysian street & halal food. Despite its secluded location, the hotel is safe and easily accessible through a residential area. The rooms are beautifully decorated, clean, and exactly as pictured. But don't expect any gym, pool or a view. The staff were friendly and helpful, with good English communication skills.
However the shower water temperature can be inconsistent, sometimes hot, sometimes not working properly.
For my Malaysian friends, tempat ni ok walaupun jauh kat belakang sikit. Still ok dan harganya pun murah.

GGuest UserIt was a good value for its money place, the best option that I’ve tried for this budget in Saigon, the amenities you use like bed, towels, toilet, etc are clean, other not much (like doors, walls), but it’s okay for a short stay and there was nothing I could call bad in general. Recommended 👍
