This hotel is very conveniently located where the popular areas in District 1 are within walking distance, including Ben Thanh Market and Nguyen Hue Walking Street. You will be staying right next to the Japanese Street. Good food and proper massage places are nearby. The staff are very pleasant, super helpful and all of them speak English. The first room I was provided had a smoky smell and without much fuss, the staff arranged another room for me almost straight away. I was there for a business trip and I really appreciate the prompt and helpful service.
it was an amazing stay!!! i would come back again
- room was clean and modern, spacious
- toilet had a bidet
- shower area was spacious
- fresh towels and room cleaned daily loved that
- water cooler on level “M”
- breakfast spread was decent alright
- free self service laundry!!!
- great location
amazing service and great amenities - pool, sauna
- great cafe downstairs
some little mishaps
- room door had to be pushed forcibly to shut it
- walls r quite thin so i could hear others talking from in the room the opposite room but its a minor issue because everything else in the hotel made the stay an amazing one
I was truly impressed by the hotel and all of its services – from the moment I arrived until I checked out, everything was outstanding. Every staff member was consistently professional, kind, and welcoming. I especially appreciated how everyone greeted me with a cheerful “Good morning” each day – it made the atmosphere feel warm and friendly, like home. I’d like to give special thanks to Sun and Suee for their constant helpfulness and positive energy. Also, a heartfelt thank you to the older lady in charge of the 10th floor – her quiet dedication and care did not go unnoticed. Thank you all once again. I will definitely return!

Excellent hotel with great service. The hotel cleanliness was up to standard. The staffs provide good service and positive attitude. Special compliment to a young man to helped bring our luggage to the room. He was always smiley and offered his help willingly.
Breakfast variety not extensive but enough to start the day.
Will definitely stay in the hotel the next time I visit HCMC. Thank you.
This was absolute gem of a hotel near Japan square and quiet convenient for transportation / food and massages. Hotel has partnered with a spa you can get discount as well. Mike and Hannah personally helped me during my stay including a 2 hours extra (free) check out extension and providing guidance during the stay where to eat etc.
Very good stay. Just next to Japan Town... So.. Many good Japanese selections and so many massage, mani, pedi outlets. Rooms were very clean, with most amenities, except slippers and hand/face towel. Bathrooms spotless, and it has a heated toilet seat... How nice.
Downstairs u can get Yr coffee, keep things in fridge and even cook simple stuff or heat up foods. This common kitchen is also very clean.
Keep up the hygiene, it's a welcome treat after along day exploring...
The stay was good.
The hotel staff tried to help as much as possible. But there were couple of inconveniences.
What we liked: pool, gym, food, location.
What we didn’t like: cafeteria is too small, too crowded.
We had a decent amount of money left on the table. After being out for the whole day we found out it was gone. After a short investigation we found out that the cleaning stuff put it in the safe. But there was no note, no notice whatsoever! Super stressful situation.
It's like 3 star hotel, based on size. But some parts of the facility feels like 4 star hotel. The staff really try to help and feel more like 4 star hotel
Right in the heart of the city, there were many walkable destinations and restaurants nearby. Receptionist were kind, the room was nice and clean. Downside to the room was that there isn’t a bedside lamp, we also booked a room with a queen sized bed and found it was two single beds pushed together, a bit confusing and not very comfortable… was also given a room without the river view which was what I booked for.
Very Good

Amazing
GGuest UserThe room was very clean and the amenities were good; the only minor drawback was its small size. Breakfast had a Japanese focus, and the ingredients were excellent. The staff were incredibly friendly. On our last day, our flight was a red-eye, and we were able to use the hotel's automated luggage storage after check-out, which was extremely convenient. When we went out in the pouring rain, the front desk kindly provided us with large umbrellas. Upon returning later that evening, we relaxed in the lobby, and they even offered us chocolates. The service was incredibly attentive!
GGuest UserThis hotel opened this year, and its location is indeed excellent, offering convenient access. After staying for almost a week, I've summarized the following points (for your reference):
💗 The check-in service was truly outstanding, making a great impression.
💗 The room was a bit small. Some facilities appeared new, while others looked dated.
💗 The breakfast selection was limited, but the overall taste was decent.
💗 The rooftop gym and pool facilities were relatively new and quite functional.
💔 The hairdryer's plug socket was inexplicably located inside the cabinet where the kettle is kept (I'm not sure if this is the case in all rooms).
💔 The wall sockets didn't work.
💔 What was most frustrating was that only three of their rooms have bathtubs. When I tried to upgrade to a room type with one, the hotel quoted an 'exorbitant' surcharge of USD 220 per night. For that price, I might as well book another room entirely; that's an absurd way to calculate a price difference. Their attitude during the discussion was quite inflexible.
All things considered, I likely won't be staying here again.
