The night view is absolutely stunning; you can enjoy the city lights right from the living room. Both the TV and WiFi worked perfectly. The kitchen is equipped for light cooking. The building complex felt very safe and secure, which gave us peace of mind. The location is excellent, making it incredibly convenient to get around. With Vincom mall just downstairs, shopping was incredibly convenient. There are plenty of elevators, so waiting times were minimal. The self check-in process was smooth and hassle-free.

Beautiful, new, and spotless apartment. The large balcony overlooks the city center — perfect for a romantic night view. Surrounded by restaurants, cafés, and entertainment spots. An ideal place for both short and long stays.

Everything was perfect! The staff were super friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was really convenient. I felt welcomed from the moment I arrived. Definitely one of the best stays I’ve had – I’ll for sure come back next time!

Convenient stay: The location of the apartment is very easy to find, the location is opposite the landmark 81, and the boss will also bring it. Hygienic: The apartment is clean and tidy, and simple cleaning can be arranged every day (other apartments have to live for more than 3 days before arrangement) Service: The boss is a Chinese service attitude is super good! Reply in time, answer all questions.

The apartment has a fantastic location with beautiful views, just a short walk to Landmark 81 and the shopping center. There’s even a GS25 convenience store right on the ground floor, which made things extra easy. The host was very friendly and provided helpful information throughout our stay. Will definitely stay here again :)

We booked one night on our last night in HCMC here. It was a splurge and was quite expensive, iirc it was ~ $260 USD. We got a ‘autograph/donate room on the 68th floor. The view was amazing as you would expect. There is an open air observation deck on the 48th floor (where the reception desk is located. The shower and especially the bath tub was top notch. The staff was very kind and professional. My only complaint was that we drank 2 of the beers in the frig and was charged 500k VND. The price was listed on their ‘sheet’ but I don’t bother looking at it. That was a mistake. The beer was definitely not worth anything near that price!! Would recommend it for the experience if you don’t mind overspending.

Throughout our stay, the staff were always willing to help, making us feel at ease. They also provided the same attentive guidance upon check-out. The apartment is beautiful, clean, and in a great location, and the price was right for us. We enjoyed morning walks in the riverside park, which is large, shaded by trees, beautifully clean, and the air is fresh. The apartment is also close to shopping and dining options, offering a wide variety of delicious options, including Vietnamese, Chinese, Korean, Japanese, Italian, and Thai cuisine. When we accidentally left something behind during check-out, the staff contacted us immediately and retrieved it quickly. We were very grateful for their attentiveness. Landmark is truly “worth the stay”. From design to service, everything is perfect.

Perfect stay in the Governor Suite with a complimentary baby cot and the sofa and chairs we made into a bed for our other two kids. Great value to create a family room like this with two rooms and no extra cost. We love the pool, al fresco breakfast and perfect location. Not to mention having a cocktail on the famous roof terrace before putting the kids to bed.
