I really liked everything! There's a kitchen where I cooked every day. All the necessary utensils are provided. The washing machine is very easy to use. Shampoo and shower gel are also available. The air conditioning worked very well. I was given a room on a high floor with a beautiful view. There are shops and a pharmacy downstairs. There's a swimming pool on the 7th floor! Everything is just perfect! The reception staff is also very friendly. I love Vietnam!❤️❤️❤️

I was truly impressed by the hotel and all of its services – from the moment I arrived until I checked out, everything was outstanding. Every staff member was consistently professional, kind, and welcoming. I especially appreciated how everyone greeted me with a cheerful “Good morning” each day – it made the atmosphere feel warm and friendly, like home. I’d like to give special thanks to Sun and Suee for their constant helpfulness and positive energy. Also, a heartfelt thank you to the older lady in charge of the 10th floor – her quiet dedication and care did not go unnoticed. Thank you all once again. I will definitely return!

The host here is very friendly. When I made a reservation, a staff member personally guided me through the process, and if I used Zalo, they even created a separate group room to address any issues I might have. The room condition and price were reasonable, and it was close to the city center and tourist attractions. There's also a supermarket, convenience store, and pharmacy below the apartment, making it convenient. I plan to stay here again.

The stay was good. The hotel staff tried to help as much as possible. But there were couple of inconveniences. What we liked: pool, gym, food, location. What we didn’t like: cafeteria is too small, too crowded. We had a decent amount of money left on the table. After being out for the whole day we found out it was gone. After a short investigation we found out that the cleaning stuff put it in the safe. But there was no note, no notice whatsoever! Super stressful situation.

I really enjoyed my stay here. They were very friendly. I especially loved the decorations, stylish and cozy, they made the hotel feel special and unique. Everything together gave me such a good experience. Highly recommend!

The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the views of the city skyline from the higher floors were stunning, especially at night. What really stood out was the service — professional, warm, and consistently attentive without being overbearing. Everyone from the concierge to housekeeping made us feel genuinely welcome. The rooftop bar, Saigon Saigon, is a must-visit — perfect for cocktails with a panoramic view of the city. Their buffet breakfast was also a highlight, offering a wide range of Western and Asian dishes, fresh juices, and even made-to-order pho. If you’re looking for a luxury stay in Saigon with history, style, and top-notch service, Caravelle is an excellent choice. Would absolutely stay here again.

Nice hotel located at district 1, good location for staying during business trip, convenient to go everywhere in Ho Chi Minh city. Very good breakfast and fantastic service, all staff are helpful. Skybar on 15th Floor are superb, beautiful view, cocktails and food are awesome with reasonable price. Highly recommend.

The hotel is located in an easy-to-find location, and communication is also very convenient. The staff is friendly and enthusiastic, always ready to assist when needed. The room is clean and tidy, creating a comfortable feeling. I am quite satisfied with the experience here. I will definitely come back and introduce this hotel to my friends.

It's like 3 star hotel, based on size. But some parts of the facility feels like 4 star hotel. The staff really try to help and feel more like 4 star hotel

The hotel location is perfect in district 1. You can practically walk anywhere and because you’re by the river, you don’t feel congested as it’s open in front. Service is brilliant! The staff even helped me find a good phone shop nearby (drew me a a map even!) 1. Just warning, you might be cautious of rooms with windows as the huge new signboard across the river shines through at night. 2. They can provide you with an iron, but no ironing board. 4. Breakfast is simple but for the small selection, the quality is brilliant
