Hotels in Vinhomes Central Park, Ho Chi Minh City

Firstly, got a room in L4 and it was not good at all, I got itches all over my body after sitting on the coach for 3 minutes only. There was some kind of bugs inside the cotton for sure. However, they arranged to new room next day at Lplus, it was okey to stay for few days. guests number one priority is cleanliness from a apartment

It has great view of Landmark and very easy access to grocery and FamilyMart right in front of the condo. Literally walking distance to Landmark shopping mall. The condo has washing machine, fridge, kitchen but no microwave. I don’t trust their cups, utensils and pots so we don’t use it. The floor unfortunately is very slippery. Idk why but I have to wear slipper once I touchdown into the house. Toilet is very dull and need deep cleaning. However, service is good. Need to use WhatsApp to communicate and they will arrange ppl to clean etc..

No swimming pool or gym. Just room to stay. No automatic cleaning service by anyone. If you need, you have to ask. Basin is dirty after long use. I think the cleaner did not clean them well. It is very easy to clean. Cleaners need to be trained on the area to clean. Bed is hard and pillow is very very soft. If you need a place to stay and no fuss & for a transit night, this is basic stay. Location is near to a mall. F&B at mall is expensive for VN standard. Self check-in and out.

This is an excelent place to stay! The location is fantastic, with lots of restaurants, cafes, and shops just a short walk away. The residential complex itself has great amenities, including a pool and gym (accessible from the 3rd floor). The apartment looks exactly like the photos—clean, cozy, and very comfortable to stay in. The air conditioning works well, and there's even a small area for quick clothes drying, which was super handy. Thuong was really responsive and quick to help with any questions or issues we had during our stay. Also, cleaning was provided twice during our 3-week stay, which was a nice surprise. We definitly recommend these apartments and really appreciate Thuong’s great hospitality

The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with stunning views of the city. Everything feels fresh and pleasant, creating a wonderful atmosphere. However, the location is not the most convenient, as you always need to rely on taxis to get around. Additionally, due to the popularity of the tower, the lobby is always crowded with people coming for the bar or to take photos, which raises some concerns about security.

The staff is nice, especially Wy and Rin . The room is very fragrant and clean, everything is nice when you stay here

Interior is a little dated. Definately in need of a fresh coat of paint. Walls had marks from living to bedrooms. Some items like kitchen faucet and bathroom flush needed servicing. Gave 3 stars for cleanliness cos there were ants every where. Bedroom beds spring mattress were too soft for our taste. No support. Apt came with washing machine and dryer. That's a plus for us. Communications was satisfactory. Location of Landscape Plus is just less than 100m walk to Landscape 81 tower. Another plus for us. Good views from the Apt.

Negatives: 1) Check-in hiccup - there's no receptionist & I wasn't informed. Security guard on duty told me to contact the host directly. Apparently self check-in was the way but the host did not provide any instructions prior to my arrival. Had to contact Trip.com and fortunately the issue was efficiently resolved within 15min by Trip.com. 2) Music blasting! - every morning and evening there is corridor music blasting super loud! Whilst it's pleasant piano music, but it's so loud it wakes me up every morning at 7am! It lasts about an hour each time. Positives: 1) the location - superb! Not far from the airport also. 2) facilities - good, generally clean the apartment was, although there was a lone cockroach lurking around the fridge area! Also there is no daily cleaning provided, it's more of AirBnB style - self cleaning. 3) Amenities nearby - big mall, Vincom Center, nearby, with plethora of F&B options, brand names retail shops and a huge supermarket. There are a few nice eateries within walking distance. 4) Suitability - great for family or solo travelers, it's spacious and comfortable, with laundry facility in each unit. Due to the height of the building, washed clothes are easily air-dried within 24 hours. 5) Friendly host - and very accommodating also, allowed me late check-out at 1pm (regular time 12n). I will definitely stay here again in the future. Highly recommended.

The property was in a good location within the 81 building. the mall and shopping is on the first floor. the 1 bedroom was overall clean and the room was very large. the bathroom could use a bit of update, could also be bigger. the check in requires meeting up with the property management company which came pretty quickly once contacted.

Thuong is polite, friendly, and helpful. The place is clean, good and enough amenities. Nice view from high floor. I would definitely stay again here.
