Customer service was great and fast check-in. Room was spacious for two and restroom was clean. Hotel located next to boardwalk with lots of entertainment. I would recommend this hotel and will stay again in the future. Thank you for your services!!

I stayed at Jasmine Hotel as a solo traveller and couldn’t have asked for a better experience! 💼✨ The location is excellent — tucked away on a quieter street yet just a short walk or Grab ride from all the main attractions in District 1 🗺️. It felt safe, accessible, and central. My room was cozy, clean, and well-maintained 🛏️. The bed was comfortable, water pressure great, and the A/C worked perfectly — a must in Saigon’s weather 🌡️. What really stood out was the friendly and helpful staff 🙌. They were always ready with a smile, and gave great local tips when I needed them. As a solo traveller, that made a big difference. The modern touches, stylish design, and peaceful vibe made this stay feel much more personal than a big hotel chain. Would absolutely recommend Jasmine Hotel for anyone — especially solo travellers looking for a quiet, clean, and classy base in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City 🌸💖.

If I could give a higher rating I would! I’ve been to a lot of hotels in many countries and this is one of the most pleasant stays I’ve ever had. The staffs were all so friendly and welcoming, and they were always ready to help us. Rooms were also very spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet was also really good for buffet standard (do yourself a favour and PLEASE try the bun rieu!!). Hotel is also located at a very convenient area. Can’t believe this hotel is only 3-stars, will definitely come back when I go back to Vietnam :)

Great location for nightlife and shopping, and I highlight the dedication of the staff, doing their best to make the guests feel welcomed. However, I was disappointed with the overall condition of the hotel, which seems to be in need of significant renovation. Additionally, I found the breakfast to be lacking in quality and variety, and I believe it would be better if it were not offered at all.

It's very new and clean, but right next to Bui Vien Street, it was a bit noisy at night. However, the next day, I didn't notice it anymore. I was probably too tired and went to bed too early. All the necessary coffee, water, and disposable items were available, and the shower facilities were also new and comfortable. I'd stay here again if I had the chance. Incidentally, my experience traveling to Vietnam exceeded my expectations. Aside from the taxi being a bit expensive and the immigration officer being a bit bureaucratic, everything else was very positive. Especially the urban development, the preservation of architectural features, and the access and management of affordable street vendors—in many ways, they surpass China's urban management standards! I hope our cities can learn from them, especially in terms of their care for the lower classes.

Breakfast spread is good :)  Many restaurants and cafe nearby . Central Market is just opposite . Right in front of a bus stop .

Strategic location,just opposite the park,so it's good for morning & evening walk ,nearby a lot of eatery's places & minimart even the amenities like dressing table, wardrobe was needed to be updated but the cleanliness the bedroom & bathroom was spotless.

Thank you so much to the staff for their friendly welcome and service. 🙏 The location is great, and the owner owns many shops and restaurants, so there's always someone to help with any questions. It's perfect for backpackers like us who enjoy exploring and enjoying the nightlife of the bar scene. However, since it's in a busy area, those who don't want to be surrounded by music late at night should be careful.

FANTASTIC location‼️‼️ short walk to explore plenty of street food, restaurants, many convenient shops nearby, local & franchise cafes. Plenty of massage shops - be warned: if you like proper Thai strong massage then you won’t like theirs‼️ 5 min walk to WALKING STREET - comes alive at night music pumping! 10 min walk to Banh Thanh Market with heaps of stalls selling everything from souvenirs, clothing, shoes, bags & luggage’s to fake Rolex’s! 30 min from international airport - use GRAB Basic hotel - small room but clean and comfortable with Netflix tv & A/C Hotel front staff - LAM - he’s the most friendly and respectful individual! He’s always happy to help. THANKS Lam for making our stay a pleasant one 🙏🙏

I thought the facilities and services would be covered by cost-effectiveness. I stayed one night, but I couldn't sleep at all because the sound of drums and music was so loud around me until 5 a.m. The sound of drums was so loud that the hotel building shook. In addition, finding the hotel was like s finding a treasure.
