Top 5-Star Hotels in Ho Chi Minh City

To be honest, the number of good reviews made me wonder if the reviews are real. After staying here, I'm glad to say it's definitely an excellent experience. Rooms are big and clean, towels and bedsheets are clean, breakfast selection is big and delicious, executive lounge food rotates daily and the drinks are great. 30 mins from district 1 and 15 mins from airport. Shower pressure could be better. Highly recommended.

Very good and clean hotel. I had a room on the back side of the building, and it was very quiet for sleeping. Breakfast was very good and a large selection for all nationalities

Big hotel with newly renovated rooms, so everything is in good condition. Clean and big rooms. We had a corner room which the window is facing directly at the Landmark 81, we were able to enjoy the fireworks for new year eve.

I think location is not bad and went for friend’s wedding But wasn’t offer special deal with wedding package so was quite surprised Looks more like a 3.5-star hotel, I would can be improved in service and overall room standards to elevate the service

I could say most affordable 5 star hotel with that facility ! Room is spacious and clean . Lovely decor. I enjoyed bath tub while watching TV . Coffee and water were not enough provided but they gave you free soft drinks like coke / even beer even I don’t take these maybe some ppl love it ! I tot normaly bottle of water cames complementary at 5 star hotel in Asia so I didn’t bring water bottle and expect proper coffee maker at least Nespresso but they don’t . But convince store is just behind of hotel and Ho chimin has many good coffee place for morning so should be not big issue 🙂 room is v pretty !

Personally i really like the hotel very much. Dont be fool by the appearance. Though it is gg to be 100 years old next year, it is beautifully maintained. I got the river view and the room is very spacious and high ceiling. The king size bed and pillows are very comfy. Both bedside power points are using 2pins type but they do provide 1 adapter for you. Love the antique phone which u will use to call the reception. Toilet is big but will be good if the water basin area has table to put toiletries bag. The hand shower spray is located in abit low above the bath tub. The water pressure is ok but the hot water is not consistent. The shampoo and bath gel smell really good however i would prefer they use those bigger refillable bottles where u can just press. For the aircon, it is cold and not surprisingly they are using those single/multi split type. For the TV, think they are using 43inch, will be good to have bigger one as the distance to the bed is kind of far. The breakfast has good spread and are very delicious compared to Hilton and Sheraton in Phu Quoc which i just went last wk. It has a good view of the river too. Overall, it is highly recommended and it is very near to attractions too.

Small corner room at level 28 with modern set up including capsule coffee maker. View was excellent with 50% of the room have windows, including the bathroom. Property location is convenient to move around. The SPA at level 6 was slightly pricey but worth trying. Breakfast was rich and delicious. Overall a good choice for business travelers.   

If you are looking for a standard Japanese hotel, Nikkon hotel will be your destination, even you can recognise the hotel has been operated for some of the years, the service js up to standard and everything js just easy to access. There is a new zone mall next to it and the staff are helpful and the morning breakfast is international, me an my boyfriend stay in a suit and it allow us to access the residence lounge in 23rd floor. All day dining is possible and delicious food has been served :)

Love the afternoon tea and breakfast. Great location. Staff is friendly and welcoming. However, just only 1 chef at the crepe/ waffle station ( afternoon tea) was rude to my friend when she ask for assistance. Also when i ask for just a few pieces of fresh banana for my son’s waffle dish, he refused and forced me swap with banana crepe. Please… it was not a big issue but it is not right, specially, happened in 5 stars hotel. We have a surprised gift, it was great but please bring before we check in/ or need to ask our permission to enter our room. Don’t enter our room if we weren’t there after checking in. Overall, we love the hotel vibe and location.

My stay here was disappointing for several reasons. First, when I checked in, I encountered an issue about payment. I booked the stay via Trip.com using my credit card, assuming the hotel would charge it automatically. However, when I arrived, I was informed that payment had to be made at the counter by credit card or cash, debit card is not allowed. Unfortunately, I didn’t have my credit with me, and there is no ATM nearby that allowed me to withdraw enough cash in a single transaction. This caused significant stress and inconvenience. Second, when I used my room card to enter my assigned room for the first time, I found that another guest already inside. Thankfully, they had used the extra lock, or I would have walked straight into their room. When I reported this to the hotel, their first response is “How is that possible?” That’s exactly my question, how could such a mistake occur? Also, the laundry fee is very high, carefully check the price before sending your clothes. On the positive side, the breakfast buffet was good, and the location is ideal for visitors.
