My experience for this Aurora By Glenwood is really not as bad like other traveller mentioned. For me, this is not an exactly a hotel, instead it like a managed apartment/condo. I book for a family suite, so it really serve for hs what we need. Out of the surprise it even provide washing machine, rice cooker, and other facilitiea for easy cooking like family. I only did not find it have enough chair to sit, which only 1 feedback from me. Front counter service, house keeping, and lobby boy all did a good job. If i back to HCMC again, i dont mind to stay again.

Apartment hotel, no restaurant, no front desk. The housekeeper will add you on WeChat before check-in. The room is fully equipped with refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, induction cooker. Suitable for families who like to buy groceries and cook. The hotel is 2 kilometers away from the city center. Grab taxi is 50K VND. Affordable. There is a swimming pool on the 5th floor. The water is a bit cold for swimming. The housekeeper will not reply in time when communicating with WeChat, but there is really no urgent matter that needs to be replied immediately. Anyway, he will reply.

The room facilities and sanitary conditions are all OK, but the landlord's service attitude is very bad. I extended the booking and it took a long time until late at night before he replied to my message. When I tried to express the current difficulties, the landlord directly sent a message in the local language saying that he didn't want to argue with me, saying that the guests never understood him and would never understand him, and asked me to cancel directly. I felt very offended and rude.

Very good devices! The location is really far from the city center and the airport, but this is an area with cool residential complexes that are very nice to walk around in the evening. If you are fond of cooking then this apar**ent is even better for you.

Everything is well done. I love staying here and the price is acceptable. But one thing, I want to mention is entering the front door, nothing to enter wait till others who stay in came out. Alright after getting the card.
