All staff are really kind and they responded quickly to our any concerns. The room was clean (they have regular staff to clean the room) and spacious. They even had their laundry service and nearby shops which is really convenient. I'll definitely recommend this to my friends and will stay here in case of another travel in HCM. Thanks so much for the help and kindness.

✅1. The area is the Korean district. Most restaurants, cafes, markets, any thing are Korean style. ✅2. I had to work at the Saigon exhibition and convention center everyday, it is really convenient to call a grab for only 10-20 Minutes. That was great. ✅3. I stayed in the 101 room. It is not the same level as the lift and they are step up and step down. It was not good because we had big and heavy luggage to lift up on the step up and down. ✅4. The room is specious with queen bed rooms. I liked it. ✅5.the staff were great, took care, were generous. The checking time is 2pm and check out time doesn't matter to us because we left the hotel in the morning. ❎1. Less power plugs. I found them at the TV and the fridge zone only and we needed to charge my phone, my laptop. It was inconvenient about it. The hotel must put more power plugs in the bed area too ❎2. The bathroom is wide and there is a bathtub without the curtain or partition to protect the wetness. That was so bad because 1) we couldn't stand to take the shower because water would spread to the floor 2) we couldn't sit down to take a shower or wash hair because the bathtub is not big enough to do it. Everyday, the floor would be wet and looked dirty after a person took a shower. I don't like wet floors when I have to stay in the bathroom. The solution is the hotel just put on the curtain to protect water. I found this solution in many hotels. I am ok with the area to stay if we have to go to the Saigon center because it is near and easy to go. Lots of (korean)restaurant and it is safe.

The hotel would not allow me to adjust my arrival schedule, and demand that I need to pay a fee of some VND4,200,000, even though I have been a loyal guess at the hotel for many, many years. So this is a bit disappointing. Other than that, the staff remains to be friendly and the breakfast is good as usual.  One more serious issue is the internet keeps breaking up this time which has never happened before. The management should look into it.

The hotel is a chain with several branches. I have stayed in two of them. There are many restaurants nearby. The room is very clean. The front desk staff is very nice and can speak Chinese. They helped me solve many problems. One of the hotels has a SPA downstairs with very good techniques.

Good hotel if you’re attending exhibition at SECC Excellent swimming pool with clean water Rooms are large and comfortable But there is no spa, no massage, no sauna Breakfast is average, every day the same food, I spent there 7 nights and would prefer some diversity

All the environments and equipment are good and the staff are friendly. I love a quiet place. Good service. Except morning time 🥹 I couldn't sleep longer because of the construction that was so noisy.

We recently attended an exhibition, and the location of this hotel couldn’t have been more convenient – just across the street from the exhibition center. This made our stay incredibly practical. The hotel is in a quiet area, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but still just a 15-minute drive to the main attractions, which was perfect for us. The staff was genuinely friendly and attentive. A special mention to the young lady at the reception (unfortunately, I don’t remember her name), who handled both my check-in and check-out. She had an exceptionally calm and soothing voice, which made the whole process feel effortless – a small detail, but one that really stood out. As expected from an IBIS, it’s not a luxury hotel, but the rooms were clean and comfortable, with daily housekeeping that kept everything in great shape. The breakfast was plentiful, with a wide variety of options, and the meeting room was perfect for our business needs – spacious, well-equipped, and with attentive staff who made everything run smoothly. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its convenience, friendly service, and practical amenities. It’s also just a short walk from a shopping mall with Starbucks, Highlands Coffee, and other great spots to unwind. If you’re in town for an exhibition, this is definitely the place to stay. The location is great, especially if you’re on a budget. There was always someone at the reception which was good. A nice boutique place in the city center. Nice aesthetics. Would definitely stay again.
