Nice room, comfortable bed. Because my room had no window, it was a bit stuffy and hot. Convenient location and very close to VanHanh Mall for those who like shopping. Opposite there is a 24/7 noodle shop that is also very delicious. Suitable for those who work or travel for a short time like me.

the hotel rooms are a bit old and may not be suitable for people who expect the luxury or newness of the facilities.however,for those who are not very serious about the details,it is still acceptable as a place to stay during the trip.
The point to consider is the location which is quite far from the airport. If you want to go back and forth to the airport, you may have to spare extra time. But the advantage is that the hotel is located in District 10 of Vietnam, which is considered a neighborhood with delicious food. and many local shops to choose from, especially authentic Vietnamese food, which is affordable and tastes good.
In conclusion, if not stuck with the old room and a lot of distance from the airport This hotel is a ”fair” option for those who want to stay in an economical area with delicious food and authentic local atmosphere.

The room was more than spacious for one person. Location was great too, nearest Circle K was about 5 mins walk away from the property. Cleanliness was just so so, but appreciate their daily housekeeping service. Two main things, even though the hotel’s description said no smoking in public areas & there is a designated smoking area, I smelled the smoke at the corridor and even inside the room. Therefore, the atmosphere was pretty suffocating to me. Another thing was the water pressure of shower head, it was really bad even with the tap fully switched on. When I reported that to the front desk, the guy said it’s same for every room which doesn’t make sense at all for me & he didn’t bother to do anything to fix the issue. Overall, it wasn’t a very good experience 🥲

Super hard to find, outdated photos, no google entry, description sucks.
Rude communication, ask many questions but seem not to read replies properly. Texting worked but calling not (11pm).
Shower/Shampoo there but not labeled.
Toilet shower leaking.

If they provided clean bedsheets and fix their instructions, the room provides high value for the given price.
The technical checkin aspect is well-thought if properly updated (add maps link and grab POI!!!).
The elevator enables also convenient short stays even with big suitcases.

It was more like a boarding house where Vietnamese students stayed long term rather than tourists. It was a place where rooms were made by dividing a small space into upper and lower parts. There was a shower in the bathroom, so I couldn't bring toilet paper, so I had to bring toilet paper every time I went to the bathroom, which was inconvenient, and the wooden door made a beeping sound every time I opened and closed it, which was noisy!

The overall facilities condition is a little bit old but it didn’t affect our experience much as we went out most of the time. The hotel has greenery within itself.
The room is more spacious compared to other hotels in District 10. There is buffet breakfast provided daily from 06:00AM to 09:00AM in which, the hotel offered a good variety of basic Vietnamese breakfast meals & basic drinks.
Will definitely stay here next time we visit HCMC.

GGuest UserThe location is in the narrow alley. It will be better to go to the alley when calling a taxi, otherwise the driver will not find it! Then you need to have a Vietnamese door number to contact the landlord. The way to stay is a youth hostel!
