Beautiful, new, and spotless apartment. The large balcony overlooks the city center — perfect for a romantic night view. Surrounded by restaurants, cafés, and entertainment spots. An ideal place for both short and long stays.

We booked one night on our last night in HCMC here. It was a splurge and was quite expensive, iirc it was ~ $260 USD. We got a ‘autograph/donate room on the 68th floor. The view was amazing as you would expect. There is an open air observation deck on the 48th floor (where the reception desk is located. The shower and especially the bath tub was top notch. The staff was very kind and professional. My only complaint was that we drank 2 of the beers in the frig and was charged 500k VND. The price was listed on their ‘sheet’ but I don’t bother looking at it. That was a mistake. The beer was definitely not worth anything near that price!! Would recommend it for the experience if you don’t mind overspending.

Everything was perfect! The staff were super friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was really convenient. I felt welcomed from the moment I arrived. Definitely one of the best stays I’ve had – I’ll for sure come back next time!

Convenient stay: The location of the apartment is very easy to find, the location is opposite the landmark 81, and the boss will also bring it. Hygienic: The apartment is clean and tidy, and simple cleaning can be arranged every day (other apartments have to live for more than 3 days before arrangement) Service: The boss is a Chinese service attitude is super good! Reply in time, answer all questions.

This stay was perfect, far beyond expectations! Location: The location of the hotel is very convenient. It takes more than 30 minutes to drive to the airport. The transportation is convenient. I am here to do business, so I chose this place. The surrounding building facilities are high-end atmosphere. It is very convenient for shopping or dining. Environment: The apartment room is oversized, very clean and tidy, the bed is comfortable, the view outside the window is wide, next to the landmark tower 81, the night view is beautiful. Service: Staff is the treasure of this hotel! I was worried that the language was not good to communicate when I went abroad. The store added me WeChat. The whole process of Chinese communication was barrier-free. I had to answer all questions. It rained heavily at dinner. I tried to let the store help me order takeaway (my Grab did not tie the card), but the store readily agreed and was very caring. Service. Facilities: Apartment washing machine, refrigerator, TV, can also cook, Wi-Fi signal is strong, fast. It is a value-for-money experience, I highly recommend it to all friends who come to Vietnam, I will definitely choose here again next time!

The apartment has a fantastic location with beautiful views, just a short walk to Landmark 81 and the shopping center. There’s even a GS25 convenience store right on the ground floor, which made things extra easy. The host was very friendly and provided helpful information throughout our stay. Will definitely stay here again :)

Landmark is truly “worth the stay”. From design to service, everything is perfect.

This is not one apartment, it is a series of apartments rented out by management companies and the pictures shown to advertise are for reference only, not the actual apartment you are taken to. We were first taken to Building 4 app 1610. If you are given this apparment do not accept, the smell of cigarrete was unbelievable, the surface of everything was dusty, the appliances were dirty and sticky and the toilets had clearly not been cleaned in a while. The furniture in the apartment was old and looked like it had been put together from a second had shop, far far from the look in the pictures. The management was very responsive when we asked to be changed apartments. The one we were moved to was in a better condition but still a very worn apartment in need of maintenance, again nothing like the pictures that were shown to advertise the apartment. The location is great but thats about it, I am sure there are beautiful apartments in this location so just be careful that youvare not give the worse ones, the price isnt exactly cheap either, so it is not value for money.
