The hotel is in such an excellent location it's very close to Ben Thanh market. The surrounding area has almost everything you would want to enjoy during your stay in HCMC. The hotel staff is so helpful and let me have the late check out for 1 hour. I had an in room service dinner at 11:30 p.m. the food came so fast and so tasty. The room is really clean and no noise at all.

Overall, I liked the hotel.
What I didn't like was that the hotel wasn't guest friendly at all. They wanted ~$40 for letting one more person into the room.
Also, the gym didn't work the entire time I was there. The lighting in the rooms was pretty gloomy. The rooms are in good condition. The internet is not bad, but nothing more. The deeper you get into the room, the worse the signal. I didn't like watching TV, the picture quality was extremely low. They cleaned on time, I'm happy with the cleaning. I didn't go to the restaurant there.
When I was checking in, they wanted money, also around ~$40... supposedly a deposit for the restaurant, but I started to resist and they agreed to let me in without a deposit. The view from the window varies greatly from room to room. There are some places where it's beautiful, and there are places where there's a window into a window of another building. Also, if you go outside during the day, they open the door, but if at night, they don't open it.
