I stay here all the time. It’s a Classy old hotel with great service and larger than average room sizes. The rooms are very clean and the air conditioning system is well maintained and cold. The beds however were always in a bad condition with many rooms having mattresses that are sunken in badly. I saw them replacing the old grey lining mattresses some time ago in exchange with new white ones but when i stayed each time after that i never seem to get a room with new the new mattresses. I still like it and it’s definitely better than hotel royal, continental and Rex so would definitely come back for the one nighters.

The room was spacious and clean, and the shower had good water pressure, so if you like historic hotels, you should definitely stay here when you come to Saigon!
