I only stayed for one night while waiting for a connecting flight.
This was naive of me, but I carelessly took a metered taxi from the airport to the hotel, resulting in a blatant detour. (light rip-off)
I should have taken a grab or a ticketed taxi.
The hotel was new and clean, but it felt like a guesthouse run by amateurs (run by only a family?).
On top of that, when I checked out the room, I had to wait for about 5 minutes, and there were stains on the sheets (a little stain from spilled drinks), so I was told that I couldn't get my deposit back and that I would have to pay for the cleaning fee...
I gave up, thinking it would be okay since it was a small amount, but I didn't feel comfortable going that far.
There won't be a next time.
