We received a warm welcome from the receptionist who kindly allowed us to check in earlier and made our apartment immediately available, which we greatly appreciated. The apartment building had a lift and our studio was situated on the 4th floor at the back of the building which we valued for its peace and quiet. We slept very well in a large, comfortable bed with lovely linen and the studio was well equipped with a large fridge, good kettle , microwave and a small hob. The shower was strong with plentiful hot water and the wifi excellent. The size of the apartment was enormous with fabulous wardrobe space with lots of shelves, and toiletries were provided - as were coffee sachets, washing up liquid and complimentary water. The location was very good although the hot weather meant taking Grab taxis to various points of the city - but at a very reasonable cost. Value for money was exceptional and we would happily recommend and return.

The hotel is located about 2 kilometers away from the central area. There is a bus station nearby, making travel more convenient. The room facilities are very complete, the decoration is user-friendly and pays attention to details. The appliances are LG brand and of great quality. Self-service laundry service is provided. The living experience is very good.

Given its distance from tourist attractions and restaurants, I had to rely on taxis to travel around. The surrounding area does not offer you much. The room was impeccably cleaned each day but I got a room that had a window next to a wall so no natural light inside and pretty dark. It was definitely quiet and nice to be far from the noisy traffic. The check in process was very quick. There is a security guard on the site during the night. Also I got clean towels and water each day, that was nicely appreciated.

Hotel location: rated 4/5 stars The room is very nice and fully equipped, with a stove and bowls and chopsticks. Essential utensils are also complete. Many lockers. Comfortable bed, convenient to get in and out. Security The building is very friendly and enthusiastic. Will come back here the next time I come to Saigon
