Location near Stadium and airport is very convenient. However toilets smell and water system is poor

Good location. However, the service is very bad. I stayed there for 3 days and only asked for room cleaning on the last day. I started telling the receptionist that my room needed to be cleaned. After a few hours, I returned to the hotel and was informed that the room had not yet been cleaned. I'm fine and polite. In the afternoon around 2pm, I went to another receptionist and asked for my room to be clean for the second time. They said ok and asked me to return the room key. I went out for 3 hours then came back and was completely shocked when they didn't clean my room. They said the cleaning staff was busy and kept blaming others. I asked the manager to contact me for feedback but they didn't give me one either.
It's not quite a standard hotel service.

The hotel has the following advantages that make us very satisfied
1. Clean hotel, pleasant scented room, clean blanket, light scent, soundproof room very well, good sleep while here.
2. Convenient location: just over 5 minutes by car from the airport, near Vincom shopping mall and near Thang Long Street just 1 minute walk from convenience stores: GS25, Family Mart, ..And coffee: Katinat, Highlands Coffee, Phuc Long.
3. Facilities: fully equipped, I like the bed best because the grip is very soft; TV, modern refrigerator, new, clean and dirt free.
4. Customer Service: The receptionist is friendly, friendly, polite; the driver is the night and day shift to support himself to park a car, carry luggage very enthusiastically...
5. Other services:
Take/take the airport: affordable, cheap and faster than Grab
Wash/leather: Get it at night and service is very good
+ Bonus: store a freezer, the reception calls early in the morning, the hotel is open 24/24, ..

Poor soundproofing, at 2-3am I could still hear a loud banging noise and was unacceptably startled. The room was old, not like the picture and the bathroom and shower were dirty. The blanket smelled of bleach easily. The location was close to the airport but not convenient to get to the airport because it was located at the beginning of the Cong Hoa basin. The staff was ok.

Sleeping in a room is as noisy as sleeping on the street, 1 night costs more than 500k but there is no wifi, when complaining to the staff, the staff said it must be because the wifi doesn't reach this floor. Too bad.
