However, the hotel's humanized service needs to be improved. The flight arrived in the morning and the check-in time was 2 o'clock according to regulations. We hoped to prepare a room for everyone to rest, but the hotel firmly disagreed and insisted that check-in must be at 2 o'clock. This rigid operation greatly affected the experience.

Great staff at the reception - always willing to help, had a problem with the AC - solved quickly
Be aware of the road closures because of the national holidays (plan ahead) - roads in the centre of the City will be closed and you won’t be even able to get to the hotel sometimes.
An-okay gym at the rooftop with AC: I was able to do cardio etc.
security guard had a little parrot friend :)
