A couple of things in the room needed fixing and this was done immediately. Breakfast is varied and plenty of it . Pool is a nice cool temperature, ideal to dip into after a hot day exploring the city.
Convenient dry cleaning service at the hotel.
Friendly and helpful reception staff.
Some mould in the bathroom and water escapes from shower due to shower/bath design onto bathroom floor, leaving a big puddle.. Hotel was quite noisy from other guests .

This hotel has an elegant environment, spacious and clean rooms, complete facilities and comfortable beds. The service staff is warm and thoughtful, and the check-in and check-out are efficient and convenient. The breakfast is rich and delicious, the location is excellent, and the transportation is convenient. The overall experience is very satisfactory, highly recommended, and I will come again next time!

The hotel is located in a quiet alley, within walking distance of the sights. There is a laundry, a 24-hour store and many cafes near the hotel, so you won't go hungry. The only downside is that when you take a shower in the room, the water splashes onto the floor. You can stay for a couple of nights.

Musty air in the room and elevator and it didn't get any better even with the air conditioning on. Shabby room with a broken bedside lamp, torn curtains and a hole in the shower curtain. Nice staff.
