The hotel has a very good and central location and is therefore ideal for excursions.
I arrived at the hotel relatively late at around 12 o'clock at night. Unfortunately, the receptionist and another were simply asleep when I arrived. When I managed to wake him up, he had problems finding my booking. He then gave me a key, which didn't work at first. When I was in the room later, I noticed that it was very old, not 100% clean and had some cheap-looking fittings, such as a plastic shower head.
The water was cold the first night and the sink drain didn't work.
The breakfast buffet was very limited, but honestly tasted OK.
All in all, I wasn't too happy, but I wouldn't book the hotel again based on the price-performance ratio. It was the 4th hotel on my Vietnam tour and in my opinion by far the worst (all the other hotels were in a similar price range, but simply much better).
Unfortunately, I wouldn't book the hotel again.

Location was good. Just in lobby there is Pho Soup restaurants where lots of foreigners tend to eat Pho. Since it is budget hotel, one day stay is okay. Old and dark.
