숙소 리뷰 잘 안 남기는 편인데 한국 분들은 저희처럼 여행 중 불행한 경험 겪지 않으시길 바라며 솔직하게 남겨봅니다.
베트남을 일주일 여행 하면서 호치민을 마지막 도착지로 나름 4성급인 이 호텔에 마지막 하루를 묵었습니다.
하지만 최악의 결정이었습니다.
호텔 시설이 조금 낡은 것은 저희에게 문제가 되지 않았지만 사건은 개미의 등장과 호텔의 대처였습니다.
체크인 이후 곧바로 도시를 관광 하고 늦은 저녁에 돌아와서 잠을 자려했을 때 바닥에 작은 개미 두마리 보였습니다. 하지만 이곳은 베트남이고 청결에 대한 기대치가 그리 높지 않았기에 대수롭지 않게 여기고 잤습니다.
하지만 다음날 늦잠을 자려고 하였던 저희는 이른 새벽에 개미들한테 물리며 잠에서 깨어났습니다. 몸이 간지러운 느낌에 눈을 떴고 침대 시트, 이불 위에 작은 개미들이 엄청 기어다니고 있었습니다. 정말 깜짝 놀라서 바닥을 보니 너무나 많은 개미들이 기어다니고 있었습니다. 최악은 저희 캐리어 안과 옷들 사이에도 기어다니고 있었습니다 ….
약 2시간동안 모든 옷, 몸, 머리를 털며 아침을 보내고 매우 기분이 불쾌하고 오전을 망쳐버려 호텔에 사실을 전달 했는데 돌아오는 답변은 환불에 적합한 사유가 아니라는 것과 공항으로 가는 택시를 마련해줄 수 있다는 것 (약 4천원) ….
환불 불가인 이유는 전날 밤에 2마리의 개미가 보였을 때 호텔에 요청 했다면 방을 바꿔줬을 것이라는 답변, 정말 억측 그 자체여서 할 말을 잃었습니다. 결국 저희는 끝까지 제대로 된 호텔의 대처도 받지 못했습니다.
개미들이 계속 몸을 기어다니는 것 같은 기분과 캐리어 안의 짐들도 오염되어 이 호텔에서의 경험이 최악으로 남았습니다.
다른 분들도 혹여나 사고나 불상사가 발생 했을 때 호텔의 무책임한 회피형 대처를 받으실 수 있으니 참고 해주세요.

사랑하는 여자친구를 만나서 함께 지낼 숙소로 이 호텔을 이용하게 되었는데 리뷰만 보고 생각하기는 좀 막연했지만 와서 지내보니 직원분들도 친절하시고 오래된 시설이기는 하지만 이용하는데에 부족하지 않은 깨끗하게 관리된 시설들이었습니다
