We were asked to pay extra for two people to stay. We spent more than 4,000 yuan on Ctrip for 3 nights. The accommodation was extremely poor, not even as good as a 100-yuan hotel in a small county town. The hygiene was also very bad. We asked to check out, but the boss refused to refund us.
