Room clean with bath tube. Staff friendly, around not silent. I walk until 12am than back to hotel. All around is good and near spot city walk tour. I don’t have take photo of the room. I go group 4p I book got window view.

A good choice for high CP value and pure accommodation.
Pros: Convenient location, clean, reasonably priced

Recommend this hotel if you want to save your budget for your trip on hotel. This hotel is clean, staff is friendly and the space of the room is acceptable to fit 4 people. The thing that makes disappointed with this hotel is the air conditioner which is not cold at all even we drop it to the very cold. Moreover, the location seems a-bit far from the landmark place but it is okay to travel with taxi. Overall, this hotel is great and you can try when to travel to Ho Chi Minh City.

The photo shows white walls, clean tiles, clean furniture
Ventilation is poor, the furniture is old, the walls are covered in black marks, there are mold marks on the tiles, trash from previous guests was not thrown out
The floors are dirty, there were dead flies on them
There are crumbs on the nightstands
There are other people's outerwear and slippers in the closet
There is dirt in the refrigerator, there was an ant colony on the floor

This hotel located at District 1 and it's very near to the famous location. Banh Tan Market only about 300m walking. To go to Biu Vien Street about 10 mins walking from hotel.
