The hotel front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The amenities included toothbrushes and cotton swabs. The room was reasonably priced and spacious, and the shower had good hot water.

Perfect location, located in the center of District 1, convenient for sightseeing and traveling. If guests do not have high requirements, this is a reasonable choice.
Should book rooms with balcony views facing the city and Bach Dang wharf. I booked a room with a beautiful view of the fireworks.
However, there are some limitations that the hotel needs to improve as follows: hygiene issue, I found the windows and curtains dusty + dirty. The receptionist NEVER ANSWERS THE PHONE. GUESTS CALL THEM AND LEAVE THE PHONE OUT TO EAT (WITNESSED BY ME).
I called the reception (evening shift) and the receptionist turned the phone up so that he would not answer the phone. I went all the way down to the reception and saw this scene (evening shift 2***) it was unimaginable. The room was cleaned but no water was provided for the guests. I stayed in a room for 2 people and got only 1 bottle of water for 3 days

We loved the location—right in the heart of the city but tucked away enough to be quiet at night. The staff gave great recommendations for local food spots we wouldn’t have found on our own. This room had a nice view of the city center and nearby river.

The hotel is in a nice location but extremely dirty, the bed sheets still had blood on them and hadn't been washed, they were still damp and smelled very bad, the female receptionist was cute, the male cleaner acted like a guest was staying for free, 👎
