The contact telephone no. couldn’t be reach. And I can’t receive the room card and room no. Upon arrive at the river gate. I call your customer services agent and complain this issue. They also can’t contact the owner. So I cancel this booking and would like to refund my payment asap.

The obvious location is the Millennium Apartment
I am very satisfied with the price and cleanliness of the facility.
However, communication with locals is somewhat difficult at check-in
If it's difficult, just keep the address on the site
If you take Grab, it is difficult to find accommodation at once
If you have a Vietnamese acquaintance, ask him to call you.

I totally enjoyed my stay here. Very clean and the person who i have to attend to, to get my card key for the room, is super friendly and nice! Will come here again! Cheers!

This property is alot more run down in person, there is no front desk. Can't use the pool so dont book this accommodation for the pool as you need to book in advance to use it and if you try book it they say its not available due to maintenance. Also can only book between 9am and 4pm. I was very disappointed in my stay here room is small the balcony is not a balcony at all. Should not be advertised with a pool or balcony. You get a small run down room in a bad area in a large apartment building. Do not reccomend this accommodation unfortunately.
