We booked 2 family rooms and paid for the extra 5 people….Im not sure if it was fair enough!
Aesthetic design 100% , breakfast and service 90% There are some things that can be improved though but over all, it was a pleasant stay for me and family…
Things to improve:
1. lift buttons are hard to press
2 they could have place a grab bar in the toilet especially the bath tub area
3. Toilet doors could have not been that see through…
4.rubbish bin can be bigger if I may suggest..

The hotel is in a good location, about one or two kilometers away from the scenic spot. The rooms are all made of wooden materials, which is very environmentally friendly, beautiful and fashionable. The service is very good and very humane. They will come to change towels twice a day, and there will be special service staff to help take the luggage up when you arrive and leave the hotel. The only drawback is that the shower room has no door or shower curtain, and taking a shower will spray water all over the floor, which is very inconvenient.

Hotel is new and well furnished. Nice lobby and restaurant on lobby level. Breakfast offers fresh juices and a good selection of international and local cuisine. The Vietnamese coffee was way too thick and sweet for most people but I guess that’s how the locals like it. Hotel is located on a quiet street lined with old Oak trees so environment is nice. Room is not noisy despite fronting the street.
The only drawback is the shower area doesn’t come with a door so the toilet will get wet. Asked and was given extra for mat to deal with the problem. Room comes with a small kitchenette with microwave and mini fridge. However the fridge is seriously under-powered and useless for the most part.
