The counter service is very good, We changed our accommodation on 12/30 due to our itinerary. One room has been changed to January 2nd. Because I was in a hurry at that time, Only confirm verbally with the store clerk. I didn’t expect January 2nd to come. The counter still remembered this. We stayed for two days, and then for the night before leaving Ho Chi Minh City. We liked the hotel, everything is quite new, there are some shortcomings, but not critical (then, traveling around Vietnam, we were in more expensive hotels, there were also shortcomings). As for me, for a few days stay in Ho Chi Minh City, an excellent hotel, easy to get to the center by bus or taxi, close to the airport, many cafes and snack bars nearby. Pros: - fairly new - the staff is generally great (friendly, speak English, at least everything was clear) - good breakfasts. Also compared to hotels of a higher category, breakfasts are a little less varied, but everything is there - towels and sheets are clean - the reception really works 24/7) Cons: - soundproofing is not super, the doors closed noisily. We slept well, for us it was not critical. I hope that on my next visit the hotel will be just as good

Mainly for the flight the next morning. In fact, it is not close to the airport in walking distance, but relatively OK. There is breakfast on the top floor of the hotel. The breakfast is okay. We booked the cheapest room with an inner window. The room was average and a little cramped. It was really just for transition.
