호텔에 도착한 시간이 밤 10시, 프론트에는 아무도 없고, 직원도 없어서 경비원들이 호텔에 문제가 잇는 손님들을 상대중. 저 또한 직원이 없어 확정서에 나와있는 전화로 전화 해보니 전화도 연결 안됨, 2시간후 직원이란 사람이 나와
오늘 방이 풀이니 다룬 호텔로 예약하고 트립닷컴의 부킹은 해약해서 돈을 돌려 받으라고 이야기 했습니다. 근데 호텔에서 해답은 방도 많이 있었는데 왜 체크인을 하지 않았냐고
환불 해 줄 수 없다고 하네요. 이런 더러운 호텔은 다시는 생각도 하기 싫습니다

I think it’s ok for the price. I want them to notice checkin information in advance, if you arrive late it’s a bit uncomfortable to get in. I know the building is not perfect but at least wanted to try their best to make up for my request

And there is no lobby service, a person who claims to be in charge brings it to the room. I guess the other party is a charter, and then split the lease. I just did a second-tenant rent-on-rent. There is no cleaning staff, the hygiene level is very poor, and there is a musty smell when you enter. Moreover, the facilities are very old and the supporting facilities are average. It is not recommended to stay. It's scary in photos.
