Landmark 81 Serviced Residences

The landlord's service is very poor. Fortunately, Ctrip arranged to handle it. Ctrip's service attitude is very good. They didn't even clean it when they checked in. Then the landlord will ask you to stay as long as you want once you pay. He responds passively to messages and deliberately doesn't answer the phone. If your English is not good, , I really don’t recommend staying here. The landlord’s English is poor and communication is not smooth. I personally will not stay here again.

The location is so good. Few towels are provided and cleanliness is acceptable.

This Landmark 81 is the tallest building in Vietnam. It is just an apartment, and the hardware decoration is quite good. Before checking in, you need to contact the landlord, send a screenshot of the order to the landlord, and then get the key card from the mailbox on the first floor, otherwise you will not be able to take the elevator to your floor. 1. The hygiene is very poor. When I arrived, I opened the quilt and saw that the sheets were the ones the previous person had slept on and had not been changed at all. 2. Don't expect any service. I waited for half an hour to change the sheets. 3. I booked this apartment entirely because my colleagues thought it had a washing machine, but it turned out that my washing machine was broken. 4. Don’t look at the pictures on Ctrip and ask the landlord. The swimming pool cannot be used. 5. There is a shopping mall downstairs, which is convenient for eating. The price is similar to that of domestic shopping malls. 6. If you look at the other bad reviews, I don’t recommend staying here; if you are traveling, I recommend staying in the city center as it is convenient.

It was okay to have to change rooms every day. The residence was directly connected to the shopping mall, so it was convenient to shop. There were a variety of restaurants in the mall, so it was really nice to stay.
