부모님과 함께한 여행이었어요.
체크아웃할때, 부모님이 묵는 동안 객실의 도자기 소재 티슈 케이스가 깨졌다며 900,000만동을 청구하더군요.
부모님께 여쭤보니 체크인 했을때 부터 그랬고, 원래 그런 줄 알았다고 하더라고요.
호텔 직원에게 전달했지만 저희 의견은 받아들여지지 않았고,
우리는 그 돈을 지불할 수 밖에 없었습니다.
왜 호텔의 불량품을 손님이 파손하지 않았다고 손님이 증명해야하나요? 억울하지만 지불하지않으면 이 문제가 끝나지 않을것 같아 결제하고 체크아웃 했습니다.
많은 추천을 보고 선택한 호텔이었는데, 호텔의 손님 응대 방식에 굉장히 불쾌했어요.

Worst hotel experience ever. There is a boat every half an hour on the Saigon River outside the window, and the whistle is obvious. There is a flight line opposite, and there is a flight every 10 minutes or so, which is very noisy. The worst thing is that the next floor is not soundproof. From lying down at 10 o'clock in the evening to 3 o'clock in the morning, the sound of dragging chairs did not stop. I complained to the front desk twice but it was not resolved. I left a message in advance that the bed did not need to be padded, but the hotel also turned a blind eye.

This is a beautiful and quiet hotel located near the Saigon River.
When I made a reservation for my child's birthday, I was over budget and couldn't decorate the room, so although they didn't do a full service, they did a simple decoration and prepared a mini cake, so I felt it was a hotel worthy of a 5-star rating.
The rooftop bar also had a great atmosphere, and it was very good value for money, with my wife and I paying just 1,100K for 4 drinks and 3 snacks.
There were a few things that bothered me, such as the items we ordered at the breakfast buffet on our last day being forgotten, but overall it was a very satisfying stay.

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and 3 days. The hotel was cute and pretty. The view of the Saigon River was beautiful both during the day and at night. The breakfast was delicious and the lounge bar had a great atmosphere. I highly recommend it for both family and couple trips.
