Eden Garden Hotel

The location is excellent, near the metro and the bus to the airport N152 (stop). However, when we arrived at the hotel, we were given a room that was not the one we booked. We returned 200,000 thousand dongs. We did not argue... we stayed for 1 night.

We booked this hotel for two days. Executive suite. We arrived at 4 am and as soon as we entered, we wanted to run away. Peeling concrete walls. The extra bed is a wooden folding bed without a mattress on which it is impossible to sleep with a blanket without a duvet cover. We immediately went to ask to change our room to another one. Naturally, no one did this. We were very glad that we stayed almost a day in Nha Trang and here we only had to stay for 1 day. The view from the balcony is a fairy tale, crumbling slums and as soon as it gets dark and if you go out on the balcony bats start flying around you, not a very pleasant story, in the morning the whole balcony was in mouse poop. The hotel is located in such a way that it is very noisy until late at night. And the most unpleasant thing is that when we asked to order a taxi to the airport, an employee of this wonderful hotel ripped us off 200 dong, and the meter showed 111 dong. Well, let him choke on it. I do not recommend this hotel!!! We travel often and are not picky tourists, but this hotel spoiled all the positive emotions from Vietnam. Before this we lived in Mui Ne, Nha Trang.

The room is clean and the bathroom has a separate shower area (I like it a lot). The hotel is located in a tourist area, so you don't have to take a car. For those who like to drink, you can walk back easily.

I was grateful that they let me check it early. However, the bathtub cover was difficult to remove. The staff removed it for me, which was nice, but when I asked them to remove it again, they looked displeased.

Although I was refunded the difference in price, the room was suddenly downgraded, which I didn't want, the TV was covered in dust, the toilet didn't flush properly, the phone lines were easily disconnected so it was difficult to contact the front desk, and even when I asked the cleaning lady to deal with the problem, she took a long time to come... And to make matters worse, the road in front of the hotel was under construction so my suitcase was covered in sand...
