A B&B, not a hotel. Foreigners cannot find the hotel lobby if they take a taxi, so they have to call the staff at the apartment entrance to pick them up. Because the sheets were too old, the hotel sold me one for 140 yuan. It costs an additional 80,000 yuan to clean the building once, and the security guard downstairs is still responsible. I stayed in a very low room on the fourth floor with no view. Because there is no hotel front desk, the landlord created a WeChat group and asked everyone to let the group know if they wanted to go swimming or clean. I'm just stating the facts

The room is very spacious and the environment is friendly, so you need to bring your own toiletries, which include simple shower gel and shampoo. The room has a jacuzzi and the community provides a swimming pool where you can watch the sunrise and sunset.

It is located between District 4 and District 1 of Ho Chi Minh City. There are many restaurants nearby and they are cheaper than those in District 1. There are simple meals in the 3 supermarkets downstairs. It is convenient to make an appointment with the customer service staff for the swimming pool.

Overall, I am quite satisfied. The staff is very timely. If you have any questions, you can communicate through WhatsApp. This location is in D4, not D1, but it is more convenient to go to D1. The only thing is that there is no gym (it was said before, but it is not available). The swimming pool can be used but reservation is required. The room is relatively large. Overall, this price is a good choice in Ho Chi Minh.

Location: Although it is in district 4, it is in walking distance to major attractions in the district 1. The view from the apartment is very nice which oversees the Saigon river - sunset, evening and night views are all awesome.
The check in is straight forward. Very prompt assistance and the host is very responsive. We didn't need any other during our stay as it has full amenities in the room.
Overall, we are very satisfied with our stay in HCMC at Saigon Sirius.
