I chose this hotel because a YouTuber was staying there.
It's within a 10-minute walk of the newly opened Ba Son subway station, and Grab is easy to get to. It's also close to UNIQLO, MUJI, and the Opera House, so the location is good.
Afternoon tea is available from 2-4pm on the first floor where the front desk is.
There wasn't a huge selection, but it was delicious.
There was also a great performance on Thursday.
My only complaints were that the room I stayed in had no windows, so it was a bit noisy as it was next to the elevator, and when I slept in bed, there were blinds hanging diagonally to the left, which showed me the passage to the rooms on the other side.
So even with the blinds hanging, it was slightly bright... I needed an eye mask.
Other than that, the room was well cleaned, and I appreciated that drinks other than water, such as cola and juice, were free.

Very disappointed, the hotel facilities are old and not good, the only good thing is the customer service. Everything else is very disappointing, it is totally different from what I expected. Silverland May is much better than it...

The hotel is nice. The lady at the front desk is very welcoming. The security guard can speak Chinese, so simple communication is no problem. He also delivered my luggage to the room. The hotel's mini bar is free.
