Наш рейс задержали и мы были в отеле в 7 утра следующего дня, а не в 00.00, как ожидали. Наш номер кому-то отдали, хоть я и писала в отель, что задерживаемся и нам подтвердили, что нас ждут. Переселили в отель рядом. Номер очень маленький. Некуда было положить чемоданы. Не знаю какой бы был отель и номер, который в заказе, мы в него не попали.

Нормальный отель. Проживали пару дней, находится в центре города, все в пешей доступности. Персонал дружелюбный, на все вопросы отвечали и помогали. В номере есть все, кроме сейфа. Завтраки вкусные. Рекомендую!

It were 2 nights there. The hotel is located next to 109 and 152 buses tracks that can help you with airport transfer for cheap price. (Be careful with route 152 - unpredictable timetable).
Location is in a narrow alley, but it was really easy to find it out.
Breakfast is quite good (should be preordered) and served in 15 seconds walk from hotel.
Pluses of hotel: cheap, frendly, quite clean, conveniently located.
Minus: a little bit loud - not outside sounds, but guests; please add one more instant coffee bag to the room :)
Definitely recommend!

We stayed at the hotel from April 10 to April 14, 2025, we had a night check-in, but they were waiting for us, they helped us lift our suitcases to the fifth floor, there is no elevator in this hotel, this is a minus, but it has a very good location, in the city center, next to a park where you can walk. There is a bus station near the park, city buses, the bus service is very well developed. The hotel has very friendly staff, but for four nights they never changed the towels, they also did not take away the garbage until we took it out ourselves. Breakfasts are included, this is good, they are standard, there is a small choice, if you get tired of living for a long time ... If you travel from Saigon by bus further around the country, you can buy tickets for a bus literally five minutes from the hotel and then when leaving you will not even need a taxi. On our next trip to Vietnam, we will choose this hotel.
