The Prago Hotel is located in the downtown area of Ho Chi Minh City, opposite the 9/23 Park. Almost all long-distance buses to various parts of Vietnam start from this area. Therefore, for travelers, this hotel provides excellent transportation convenience. The hotel provides breakfast. Although there are not many varieties, the Vietnamese-style pho is the best. The front desk service is excellent. All questions are answered and all requests are met. As a passer-by, these are already good. The bedding in the room is average, but very clean. The hotel is located in a busy city, but the room is exceptionally quiet. It is worth a thumbs up!

I asked myself to be transferred to another room because the aircon was not working well. All else were okay except for:
1) poor bfast choice - not much choices. the only hotel that do not serve coffee for breakfast. Weird and sad!!!
2) spring of the bed is already worn out

Palago Park View Hotel offers great value for its price. The young staff is very helpful, and the receptionist is beautiful. The room I chose was a bit small but adequate for my needs. Unfortunately, I did not get a park view room, but it worked out because the noise from motorbikes and cars honking in Vietnam can be disruptive.
Be aware that items like drinks, snacks, and noodles in the hotel are not complimentary. The air conditioner is relatively new but can be a bit noisy on the highest fan setting. Breakfast was included in my package, and the food was good and acceptable, which helped save some money. The booking and check-in/check-out process was smooth and efficient.
Overall, I recommend Palago Park View Hotel to any tourist visiting Ho Chi Minh City.
