When booking, a balcony was indicated as available, but it is a landing of a fire escape outside the window. The room has a strong smell of durian mixed with some kind of fruit garbage, the stench gave us such a headache that we couldn't sleep at night, and this was after a difficult journey. The entrance to the building is occupied by a room for the needs of a coffee shop, so you first have to go down to the basement with a bike parking lot, then climb up the narrow stairs to the first floor to get to the elevator. With a child and a stroller, this is an exercise for nerves. There are no places to eat. Basically, no table, no stools. I booked another apartment for the next day, the host agreed to return the money for the following days. The plus is the silence, even though the apartment is on the 3rd floor and the window overlooks the road, bikes and cars are almost inaudible.
