We had a micro room without windows, they cleaned when we asked, but it was convenient for us since we were with a cat. We met two residents with mustaches (cockroaches). But the location is super and the workers are also friendly. Disgusting place. We arrived at 3am, having paid for these few hours specially. There was no room for us. They wanted to return our money and kick us out in the middle of the night. They put us in a neighboring hotel. The next day they reimbursed breakfast for two in the amount of 100,000 dong. Laughter in the hall. They finally checked us in. The room is shabby, old. Nothing like the photo. In the morning they brought breakfast. During the entire stay they did not clean and did not even take the breakfast plates. We had to put them on the floor in the hallway, because we had to work at the table on the laptop. The only plus is the area where they live, but not the place itself in a rotten alley. I would not recommend this to anyone. Out of the three nights we booked, we stayed for 2 and that was barely enough

"Wow, the room is super cute and exactly what you see in the pictures! The bathroom is sparkling clean and has all the stuff you need. The staff are really, really enthusiastic and helpful. Oh, and they have their own parking, which is awesome, and you can come and go whenever you want."

A picture is worth a thousand words. But imagine my horror when that big sucker crawled all over my possessions.
It gives me no joy to give a place a bad review, but the room they gave me just never felt right. Ants crawling the floor. The fan up top has a layer of dust. It’s as if they haven’t cleaned it in a donkey’s year. I hightailed out of there in a heartbeat.
If you’re traveling on a tight budget or just want to save money because you figure you’ll be spending most of your time out of the room, then it’s still worth a look. Maybe I just got unlucky.
