We stayed at this 3-star hotel and were absolutely impressed! First of all, the staff is amazing — everyone is incredibly kind, friendly, and always ready to help.
The breakfast was delicious, with a nice variety of options — a great way to start the day. Most importantly, the place is spotlessly clean. Even though we didn’t request a room makeup, they still came in and tidied up — such thoughtful service!
The hospitality is truly 10 out of 10 — way beyond what you’d expect from a 3-star hotel.
The location is fantastic as well — close to everything and very convenient.
Highly recommend this place, and we’d definitely come back!

The location was great - however, the biggest letdown was the toilet. After we reached we paid to upgrade on site to the large room with a bathtub. This is where the issue begins: the bathtub was designed by someone who… probably hadn’t cleaned a toilet in their life! An extendable, telescopic shower head protruded from the side of the bathtub - this means that obviously there’s a hole for water to spill through. The water flows down the backside of the tub (wall side), and get this - wets the entire bathroom floor. This is what you get for the premium room???
We had to call for extra floor towels (capped per room) and then extra bath towels (also capped) to dam the flow of water to finally have a comfortable experience.
Overall verdict - spend the upgrade money elsewhere. I’m sure this isn’t an issue for regular rooms with shower stalls.

I have never stayed in such a bad hotel! The shower water is hot and cold, which is really unacceptable for girls during their special period. The hotel next door is closer than the handshake building. It was still banging and hammering at 2 or 3 in the morning on Thursday. The vibration made me unable to sleep at all. The toilet is not ventilated, and I will suffocate when taking a hot shower. The toilet glass in the king-size room is completely transparent. It feels awkward to live with colleagues. It is too barbaric to develop this environment...

The hotel staff is good and the environment is clean, but there is a construction site next to the soundproofing, the bathroom sink is blocked, the breakfast dishes can satisfy the public and it is a change, but it is slow to call a taxi because it is a one-way street.
