Ben Thanh Tower Luxury Apartment

i booked a 2 bedroom + 2 bathroom unit but got DOWNGRADED to 2 bedroom + 1 bathroom unit. Usual excuse given that the unit i booked had some default but there was no compensation. The unit was very old and looked nothing like in the pictures. Location of the building is good but this is a private unit so there's no housekeeping throughout the duration of the stay. They provided 4 small drinking water only so i had to get my own during my stay. Check out was very strict at 12pm even though i have been shortchanged already i asked for 12.30pm check out which wasn't given. Plenty of better and newer 3star options within the area.

Pros 1) check in and out was smooth but better to inform reception in advance your date and time of arrival 2) good security with ample guards and lift card 3) apartment was very clean with clean towels, ac and cable TV worked well, hot water and pressure was good for shower, there was a bath tub as well 4) king size bed was comfortable although a bit hard and there was a in room safe 5) location was very good with lots of cafes, restaurants and massage centers, bui vien Street, Saigon square and Ben thanh market very close by, all within walking distance around 10 minutes Cons 1) reception only opened till 7pm 2) no land phone to reception if needed service, have to physically go down to reception
