Nice apartments, cozy. There is a small kitchen. The only thing that is important to know if you decide to choose this option is that there is a night club nearby, where the music is blaring until late at night. So don't expect silence in the evening). Also, on the second day of our stay, without warning, they started sawing, hammering, drilling in the next room from early morning until 6 pm (they started building it from scratch), considering that the floor is small, the sound was terribly loud, as if the renovation was in our room. The owner apologized, but for some reason decided that she warned us in advance about this, but this is not so.

The transportation is convenient but the nightclub next door is blasting music every day
They don’t even have Monday off from 10 to 4 o’clock
The bass is so heavy that my heart is shaking
I didn't give the password for the downstairs lock when I checked in.

My first time in HCMC was worth the price within staying at this homestay. It’s very convenient, clean and comfy for couples. Many local foods stall around the places, but some need to walk about 10min. Highly recommend!

This apartment was great value for money. Clean and contemporary, located in a small alley with coffee shops, a vegan restaurant and Vietnamese juice bars. Th e main issue is that it is next to Zion roof bar which starts playing music at 10.30 til 5am everynight. However, with earplugs this didn’t bother me too much. I would definitely recommend and stay again ( this was mt 2nd stay) but wouldn’t stay if you are very sensitive to noise.
