We booked a balcony room for 3 days. The room was not as big as in the photos, which was ok, but the room didn't even have coffee or tea bags. We only had 4 small bottles of water for 3 days, the sink was clogged, the shower head was broken and leaked, only the toilet had toilet paper, and the room didn't have any toilet paper. The room photos had a kitchen and tableware, but it was completely unusable and didn't even have basic tableware. Also, when we came back at night, we had to open the outer iron door by ourselves, which was super hard to sense. After checking out, they sent a message saying that we broke their hair dryer. When we checked out, there was no one at the counter, and the iron door was not even opened, only halfway. We left at 10:38 in the morning and waited for the car at the door for 6 minutes. Attached are screenshots as evidence. Don't spend money to stay in any hotel, you will regret it.

I had a really BAD experience at this hotel. There was a COCKCROACH inside the room, wifi is rly slow and bad, when we came back at late night, we had to wait so long for the main door to open. At night, there is NO STAFF at the front desk. The staff did not help me w my luggage even IM A GIRL and THERE IS A STAIRCASE. I wont come back this ***** hotel again.

This hotel sent me an email in the early morning to inform me that the room I booked was leaking, so they arranged for me to move to another hotel. However, the hygiene conditions at the other hotel were terrible. It was already early in the morning and there was no place to move, so I stayed at the address they gave me. But I really want to complain! Isn't this the legendary hotel that sells dog meat under the guise of sheep, a hotel that sells what it sells!
