There were too many spiders and flies in the room and the cleanliness was the worst. They didn't even clean the room and when I asked if I could get towels through chat, they didn't even reply. I will never go there again. It's a place with no merit at all.

The location is strategic because it is close to Ben Thanh market, Saigon River, Saigon Center and so on. This hotel is easy to find with GPS. This hotel is clean, comfortable and cozy. The facilities are also satisfactory but need to be improved.

I stayed in room 6B. First, there is no front desk, so you have to talk to the cafe staff in the basement and go through the procedure to enter the hotel. It was my first time there, so I didn't know what to do and it was very difficult. I managed to get into the room, but the bed sheets and pillow covers were wrinkled and uncomfortable. When I took a shower, there was no hot water. When I contacted the hotel about the lack of hot water, I received various instructions. I followed the instructions to turn the switch on and off and turn the water on, but it didn't fix it, so I contacted the hotel staff to have them check it. They said the staff was on their way, so I waited for almost an hour, but they didn't come, and when I asked what time they would arrive, they said "on the way" and didn't tell me the time the staff would arrive, so I went out. In the end, it seems that they arrived more than two hours after I contacted them, and they contacted me and said that it was broken. I checked trip.com to see if another room in the same hotel was available and asked if I could change my room, but they said that all the other rooms were booked and I couldn't change it.
